    Sorry, I accidentally burned the instep of my left foot the day before yesterday. It hurt all day yesterday. Today my ankle and calf are swollen, inflamed and feverish. I really didn’t mean not to update. I will probably have to take a day off. Please forgive me and understand. Got it
