    Luke quickly checked his phone when he received the Instagram notification. Since the afternoon,


    Nichs had been asking him to go for a drink. It had been five hours. Nichs was the one drinking


    while Luke and Samuel stayed by his side. Initially, Nichs was only drinking out of depression. He


    wouldn’t tell them why, but he eventually got drunk and blurted out, “We got divorced.”


    “You got divorced?” Luke and Samuel asked simultaneously.


    “Yeah. I received the divorce certificate yesterday.” Nichs took another sip of his drink. Halfway


    through, he leaned on the table, looking dejected. “We just got divorced, and she couldn’t wait to move


    out of the house. She even flew to Swania today. What’s more, I have no idea where she went or why


    she went there.”
