Brendon regained hisposure and carefully put on his shirt without a single wrinkle. Seeing
Ranita standing there silently, he said curtly, "Get some rest."
Ranita nervously yed with her fingers and mustered up the courage to grab onto Brendon''s
sleeve, "Brendon, can''t you stay? You said you would."
Looking down at her from above with furrowed brows, Brendon replied coldly, "Shannon had an
ident and is bleeding badly. I''ll be back soon."

"Holly, please don''t say that. Ranita is alone in Kurima Hospital right now. She needs Brendon to

care of her instead?"
