"Brendon... you''re drunk! I''m Shannon!" Shannon''s eyes welled up with grievance, and she
proactively wrapped her arms around Brendon''s neck, getting close to him.

Ranita chuckled softly and said, "Did you attend as well? Didn''t you say that you wouldn''t be able to
make it?"
"I just wanted to see the beautiful woman! I didn''t expect you weren''t here!" Rashid paused and
continued, "I heard that your cooperation with Stuart''s Corp is ending? Do you want toe over to
my side?"
Ranita was slightly surprised. She didn''t expect Rashid would try to recruit her for Nemotube.
"Mr. Bassett, you''re joking! Nemotube already has a dedicated team. They don''t need me," Ranita
replied.

don''t mean to pry into your personal affairs with Mr. Stuart, but it seems like you two have divorced.
Miss Bowman, you''re now single and should have no problem working anywhere."
Rashid originally wanted to suggest that she be his third wife, but he had been rejected before
and he didn''t want it happening again.
Ranita was speechless.

"Mr. Bassett, thank you for your kindness, but I currently have no ns of working abroad," Ranita
quickly added before continuing on a different topic, "When will youe back to Kurima? I will
definitely take this opportunity as the hostess and show you around while enjoying our local
cuisine."
Rashid sighed regretfully, "Okay! Miss Bowman, I really appreciate you!"
"But if that''s what makes you happy, then there''s nothing more we can do about it." He continued
after a pause, "If there are any projects in the future, though, we''ll definitely prioritize reaching out to
you!"

Without rejecting him outright, Ranita chatted with him for a bit longer before hanging up the phone
as her car arrived at Sugar Media.
"Ranita, yourplexion doesn''t look too good today." Shannon wore a white dress with carefully
styled hair, which made her look exquisite and pretty. Paired with her sweet voice, she looked pure
yet tempting at once.
"Is it because of yesterday''s overtime work? You worked so hardst night, Ranita. I''ll let Cindy
pack some soup for lunchter so you can drink some nutritious soup!"
Whenever Ranita thought of soup, she shuddered with fear.
