Chapter 296 Who Told You to Elope with Me
Ang was holding Nancy''s three-month old daughter in her arms. Arvin smiled as he watched the
tender look in Ang''s eyes. In his mind, he pictured Ang''s tender and loving face when she would
hold their own sons.
"Honey,e here. Look, how lovely Nancy''s baby is!" said Ang. She was approaching her time of
In the past few months, taking advantage of her loss of memory and using his own methods and charm
as well, Arvin had sessfully tricked Ang into getting back together with him. They looked like a
newly married couple who were madly in love with each other. He had also seeded in having sex
with her when she was in her seven-month pregnancy.
Arvin put aside the flowers he had bought for her, stood by her side and looked carefully at the baby in
her arms.
The baby looked so cute with a chubby face, a pair of closing eyes and a babbling mouth.
Arvin gently touched her face and said, "Baby, call me father*."
(*TN: here father means sworn father)
Nancy tittered, while Ang rolled her eyes at him and said, "She''s just over three months. Do you
think she is able to call you father*?"
Arvin kissed Ang''s face and asked, "How are you feeling now? Any signs ofbour?"
"None." Ang shook her head.

As Nancy was an experienced woman now, she asked Ang, "Why are you staying in hospital so
early? There are still a few days before your expected date of delivery."
Nancy remembered that Ang''s expected date was on next week...
Ang nced at the man next to her andined, "One week earlier! I have never seen him
require the other pregnant women to stay in hospital so early. But why do I have to start so early?"
Moreover, she was in a good health. She didn''t feel any difort in her body.
"Because you are different from the other women." Arvin answered her simply.
Then, some momentster, Arvin cautiously held up the baby in Ang''s arms and said, "Your belly is
so big now. It''s not good for you to be carrying the baby for so long."
He didn''t want Ang to get exhausted.
The two women looked at each other, speechless and amused.
Arvin and Ang treated Stanley and Nancy to dinner in the hotel that evening because they hade
to visit them.
Coincidentally, they met with Fabian Li there.
Upon seeing Fabian, a voice in Ang''s head kept echoing again, "Fabian is your boyfriend..."
But this time, she tried to kill the voices in her mind.
Fabian came over to greet Ang, but she red at him and warned, "Don''t try to seduce me again. I
have a husband. From now on, I want you to stay away from me!"
''Seduce you?'' Fabian was confused. But then, he noticed Arvin slightly curled his lips into a smile. He
understood what had happened.
Arvin must have brainwashed Ang.
"Ang, there must be some kind of misunderstanding here!" said Fabian. He nced at Arvin next to
her again.
"No, there isn''t. How could you trick me into eloping with me?" Ang thought it was Fabian''s fault for
making her out to be a bad woman, and hurting Arvin, who had been treating her so well.
''Elope?'' Fabian found it harder and harder to exin himself to her. In fact, it was Ang who had
asked him to take her abroad so she could live there for some time.
Moreover, his family had never allowed him to go wherever he wanted to, so how could he have
possibly wanted to run away with Ang on his own.
Fabian asked innocently, "Ang, did you know that you had a difficult rtionship with Arvin before?"
"Yes. If you hadn''t run away with me, I wouldn''t have had a difficult rtionship with Arvin." Ang said
it with a pure look in her eyes. It seemed that Arvin had sessfully brainwashed Ang.
Arvin held on to Ang and said, "Mr. Li, my wife and I love each other very much. Please give up on
pursuing her."
Fabian didn''t know what else he could say now. In the end, he said, "Ang, I am waiting for the day
when you regain your memory!"
"Mr. Li, please don''t worry. When I regain my memory, I still will live happily with Arvin. I won''t overthink
things anymore, " said Ang. She held Arvin''s hand and walked towards their reserved room.
Seeing them walk away, Fabian puffed out a deep breath and rolled his eyes. ''Arvin, you sly fox!''
After dinner, Ang and Arvin sent off the couple and their baby. Then, they went back to the Si family
residence.
"Honey, I want to go to the hospital''sb for once." Ang hesitated but still spoke out her wish.
Arvin frowned and said, "You are going to give birth to the twins. It''s not suitable for you to go there
now."
Ang curled her lips with discontent andined, "My brother allowed me to visit theb twice,
under his watchful eye. But you''ve never allowed me to visit theb even once. You don''t love me at
all!"
"Of course I love you! Fine, you can go anywhere you want to. I will keep youpany, okay?" Arvin
conceded. He had decided that he wouldn''t let Ang enter theb by herself.
Ang assumed Arvin was just worried that she was about to give birth and needed someone to keep
herpany at all times, so she agreed, "Okay."
However, in theb, by the time Ang had held the first bottle of drug, she started to feel her belly
aching.
She held her belly with one hand, and held Arvin''s arm with the other hand, and while slowly bending
down, she said, "Honey..."
Arvin was checking to see if there was any dangerous drug on the shelf when he suddenly felt Ang
gripping his arm and heard her weak voice. Instantly, his heart trembled.
"Ang... Babe... What''s up?" Although he was the so-called rising star in the medical industry, Arvin''s
brain went nk all of a sudden when he saw Ang''s face twist with pain
"My belly... is... aching." Ang could hardly bear the sudden and excruciating pain.
Luckily, Arvin came back to his senses very soon. He carried her in his arms right away and ran
towards the delivery room.
Ang was already the most important pregnant woman in the hospital, so as soon as Arvin carried
her to the delivery room, Sven stopped his work and came over.
Sven frowned as he looked at his sister''s pale face. He asked, "Why so soon?"
For most women duringbour, the pains of uterine contractions would increase gradually. But Ang
looked to be in so much pain that it seemed her water might break sooner rather thanter.
Arvin changed into his asepsis doctor''s gown as quickly as he could and said in a low voice, "My twin
sons are in such a hurry toe out."
"These two brats! I''ll have to teach them a lesson when theye out. How dare they let my sister
suffer so much pain!" said Sven. Sven had hoped that the twins in Ang''s belly were going to be a set
of girls, but his wish was in vain. When he thought of the twin boys in Ang''s belly, he felt like
punching someone.
Arvin had finished putting on his gown, and when he saw that Sven was about to change into his
asepsis gown. He asked, "What are you doing?"
"Going in to help you."
The next moment, Sven was pushed out of the dressing room. "I don''t need your help. I can handle it
on my own, " said Arvin.
Not giving Sven any chance to protest, Arvin pressed the button and closed the door of the delivery
room.
Sven put his hands on his waist and yelled angrily, "Hey! Arvin, you mean guy!"
But then, his anger subsided all of a sudden as he thought of that Arvin would also have two sons but
no daughter just like him.
