Chapter 88
Read My Past is Just Prologue By Louisa Dillon Chapter 88 – Donahue and His Sister
After J taught Conrad a lesson, she changed clothes in the car before returning to the vi.
As soon as she walked into the warm house, she saw a familiar face.
The man was dressed in a royal blue suit. His figure was neatly trimmed. And his face was sharp. But
at this moment, he waszily leaning on the sofa, which made him look a little morefortable.
“Donahue!”
As soon as J saw the face of the visitor, she smiled and threw herself into Donahue’s arms.
“So reckless to hug me. What does it look like?”
Donahue’s tone was slightly indifferent. Even though he said so, he was not willing to push J away.
“What’s wrong with that?”
J was only able to let go of her defenses when facing her brothers, and even tightened her hands
tightly, “Donahue, I know doted on me the most. Why don’t you tell me that you came back?”
you
J pleased him. Even though Donahue was going to teach J a lesson, his anger dissipated at
this moment.
He tapped her nose, “I just got those things, and then I went back As soon as I got off the ne, I went
to Nathaniel’s wedding. So I don’t have time to tell you.”
Donahue’s tone was still as light as ever. It needed time to get his attitude.
J felt the warmth in Donahue’s arms. Suddenly, she felt sad, and her eyes turned red.
If it wasn’t all because of her, Donahue wouldn’t make a lot of effort.
“Donahue, I miss you so much!”
J buried her head in Donahue’s neck and shoulders, silently sucking her nose, tears rolling in her
eyes.
“Sure enough! When you have a new one, you forget the old one. You said that you like me the most.
Now when Donahuees back, someonepletely forgets me. This is really sad!”
At this moment, J only felt that the sofa beside her was sinking slightly. Beacher’s jealous words
reached her ears.
J raised her head, moved and sat between Donahue and Beacher, smiled, and punched Beacher
lightly, “Beacher, you’re talking nonsense again!”
“I don’t care. Why didn’t I see you hug me? I want to hug too!”
Beacher raised his chin with an arrogant look on his face.
As he spoke, he opened his hands frankly and raised his eyebrows slightly, indicating that he was
ready.
Seeing him like this, J felt a little helpless.
“You’re still jealous like a child,” Donahue said in a cold voice, but the words were full of a hint of
pampering them.
“Why am I jealous? I don’t care!”
Beacher stepped forward to give J a firm hug, then opened his hand, and then looked at Donahue
arrogantly with pride.
“Childish.”
Beacher was chattering, “I am willing to get Jill’s hug in exchange for childishness! By the way, Jill, why
did youe back so
J shook her head and smiled lightly, “No, it was because I met the gangster that Conrad found
when I just got out of the car and wanted to bully me. It took me a while to beat him up.”
J said it lightly, but Donahue and Beacher were not stup*d. They could basically guess the danger.
Suddenly, the faces of the two changed.
“Conrad actually dares to attack you?”
A cold light shed in Donahue’s deep eyes. He had already thought of a hundred ways to kill Conrad
in his mind.
Beacher’s character was tougher than Donahue’s. He stood up straight away, rolled up his sleeves,
and wanted to do something.
“At the beginning, he used the excuse that it was the Longfellow family’s property, and wanted to
upy
Now that you’re back, he still dares to take your things? No, I can’t bear it! Go get him!”
“No need.” J was so frightened that she quickly grabbed Beacher’s wrist.
it!
She shook her head and said calmly, “Don’t worry, Beacher. Conrad has done so many bad things.
How can a beating be enough? I will make him pay for what he did back then!”
She, J, was not easy to bully!
“Donahue.” After a pause, J suddenly spoke, and she pursed her lips and looked at Donahue. Her
clear eyes trembling, “My mother, is she okay now?”
After the car ident that year, her mother became a vegetable and was taken abroad by Donahue to
recuperate.
It had been so many years. There was no sign of improvement. She didn’t know…
Suddenly hearing J mention this, Donahue’s face changed slightly. He exchanged a nce with
Beacher. His deep voice was a little h**rse, “Don’t worry, aunt will definitely wake up, the doctor said
her vital signs are stable.”
He never took the initiative to mention this matter. He didn’t want to put J under pressure. After all
these years, she had already lived too hard.
But since she mentioned it, he couldn’t let his sister worry.
J clenched her fingers, “Okay, that’s good.”
Beacher couldn’t bear his sister to get into painful memories, so he quickly changed the subject, “Jill,
you went to the Webster Mansion today. How is the situation? Did they make things difficult for you?”
“Did you go to the Webster Mansion today?”
Donahue’s tone was light, but it seemed that there was an inexplicable pressure rising up.
For some reason, J felt guilty.
Donahue just vented his anger at Nathaniel’s wedding for her today, but she went to the Webster
Mansion in a blink of an eye. Donahue wouldn’t be angry, right?
She shook her head quickly, “No, it’s just that today’s incident made old Mr. Webster a little angry. He
has been treating me well and has been in poor health. That’s why I went to have a look and talk to him
for a while.”
Unexpectedly, not only was Donahue not angry, but the first thing he was worried about was whether
J would be bullied.
“Don’t go by yourself in the future. Donahue will worry.”
“Don’t worry about the affairs of the Webster family in the future if you can.”

Donahue stretched out his hand and rubbed her head. J’s chest was stuffy. This feeling of being
cared for and worried was so warm that it made people want to cry. She thought about herself.
She was so stup*d before!
“Yeah!” She nodded heavily.
Where she didn’t see, Donahue nced at Beacher lightly. Beacher was shocked. A chill came from
his back. He felt the killing
intent of Donahue!
The Webster family was already on the Donahue’s cklist!
Just when the house was full of happiness…
“Thetest news!”
She was worried that she might miss the most real-time news about the business meeting tomorrow,
J activated the news
broadcast on her mobile phone.
Turning on the phone, J’s expression suddenly darkened.
