“The former president of the Longfellow Group?”
“Yes.”
Hearing Nathaniel mentions her father, J lowered her head again, feeling slightly upset.
Nathaniel knew that man well. He was a mighty man. In just three years, he went from a technology

for me, I’ll give you

J didn’t speak. She paused, turned around, and stared at Nathaniel calmly.
“Why did you marry me?”
This was a question that Nathaniel had not figured out since he left the Longfellow Group.

Nathaniel put down his pen and pressed the space between his eyebrows.
