A maid introduced Bianca to everyone present.

Bianca was silent.
The woman Ynda spoke to stiffened instantly.
Bianca looked over to study the woman, Yvette Stewart, who Ynda was looking at. Since Bianca
entered the scene, she had felt more hostility from Yvette than anyone else,
Yvette subconsciously met Bianca’s gaze, and a cold shed in her eyes,
Bianca remained silent.

The girl beside Bianca quickly grabbed her wrist, “Ynda, what are you saying? Don’t scare Bianca!”
“You’re right. It’s Zane’s personal matter. I spoke too much!” Ynda replied, seemingly remorseful but
inadvertently revealing more information.
The girl beside Bianca observed Ynda’s expression. Then, she tugged on Bianca’s arm with a huff.
“Ynda, seriously! Bianca, let me show you around the manor.”
Clearly, the situation was escting and wouldn’t end well if it continued.
Bianca nodded politely and rose, offering a courteous nce to everyone present. Since it was their
first meeting, she had to maintain a certain decorum. She then turned and followed the girl, leaving the
main courtyard.
The atmosphere seemed to lighten once they stepped out of the main courtyard.
“Bianca, don’t mind Ynda. She has a rather unpleasant tongue,” the girl said sweetly.
Bianca replied, “I noticed.”
“It’s no wonder Zane chose you. Your demeanor is unlike theirs,” the girl remarked, sounding
somewhat disgruntled.
Bianca simply listened. Everyone here was far from ordinary. Although it was her first time visiting, it
wasn’t as pleasant as she had imagined.
She felt as if she were looking into a clear mirror, reflecting theplexities around her.
“Bianca.”
“Yes?”
“How did you meet my brother?” The girl led Bianca to a pavilion, prompting them to sit.
Bianca had to admit that the Entes family was indeed exquisite. Every scenic spot they passed by was
distinctly different.
Bianca replied, “We met in Verde City.”
She wasn’t lying!
The way they came together might have been questionable, but they did meet in Verde City.
It was hard to believe that the current seventh lord of the Entes family was merely an assistant at her
best friend’s side back then.
