Chapter 649 The Meeting Of Four People (Part One)

Greg went downstairs after waking up. He saw Sharon sitting in the dining room, eating breakfast.

The moment Sharon saw Greg, her lips curled into a calcting smile. "Greg, you are up! Come and

have some breakfast!" she greeted him.

Greg took no notice of her. He sat down at the breakfast table and served himself some food.

Sharon watched him closely, noticing the sour expression on Greg''s face. "Greg, did you pick up Tina

    yesterday?" she asked him eagerly.

"Yes," Greg replied in brief, feeling reluctant to talk to her. Why was she always asking him about Tina?

"Did you have dinner with herst night? I saw that you came backte," Sharon pressed, her eyes

gleaming. She needed to suck up to him to achieve her goals.

"No, I went out to drink with my friends," Greg said curtly. He narrowed his eyes at Sharon. "Why? Do I

have to report my schedule to you now?"

"Oh, no. I didn''t mean that!" Sharon denied hastily, waving her hand. "I just want to know how you are

doing with Tina. I discussed it with your fatherst night, and we intend to start preparing for your

wedding with Tina after Roger recovers."

Listening to this, Greg threw his chopsticks on the table with a nk. "I''ve told you that I will not marry

Tina!" he shouted in a furious voice.

"Greg, take it easy. Don''t get so angry! You know Tina since you were young. Maybe you have grown

up and you see things differently now. But don''t worry. Tina is back, so the two of you can spend some

time together and get a better understanding of each other. We can talk about your marriageter,"

Sharon tried to persuade him. She was determined to make this marriage work, or all her efforts would

    be in vain.

Greg gave her a dark look. "I won''t say it again. Even if I do get married, my bride wouldn''t be Tina.

Definitely not her," he warned her fiercely.

He stood up abruptly and turned around.

"Greg, where are you going?" Sharon called out.

"I''m going to work," he said quietly.

He mmed the door and rushed out. After she saw Greg leave, Sharon''s face contorted. She felt

stung and hurt at his words. Every time she wanted to have a discussion with Greg on this issue, he

reacted badly. They could never reach a consensus.

Taking a deep breath, Sharon took out her phone and dialed Fred''s number.

It didn''t take long before her call was answered. "Hello, Sharon. What''s up?" Fred''s voice reached her

    ear.

"Honey, you went to the hospital early morning and didn''t even have breakfast. I want to bring you

something to eat," Sharon said affectionately.

"Okay. Come to my office. Wait for me if I''m not inside," Fred''s spoke on the phone after a pause.

"Got it. I''lle now," Sharon said, pleased.

After Sharon hung up, she tidied up the dining table. Picking up a lunch box, she drove to the Xiaoshan

    hospital.

On the way to the hospital, Greg listened to the morning news on the radio. His phone rang all of a

sudden. The screen indicated Tina''s call. Surprised, Greg wondered what Tina was calling him for so

    early in the morning.

He turned off the radio and answered the phone.

    "Hello," Greg said.

"Greg, hi," Tina greeted him coquettishly. "Where are you right now?"

"I am on the way to the hospital, what''s wrong?" There was a hint of impatience in his voice.

"Oh, it''s not a big deal. I was going to the hospital to see my brother, so I called to ask if you would be

there too. I want us to go and see him together," Tina said.

"You can go and see your brother yourself. He is your brother, not mine," Greg declined, anxious to

    hang up the phone.

"Greg, that''s not right. My brother is also your brother because we will..." Before she could finish her

words, she was interrupted by Greg.

"Tina, I am driving right now. I shouldn''t be on the phone. Bye!" Greg hung up straight away, fuming. He

knew Tina was going to point out the same thing Sharon had said in the morning, that they were going

to get married. ''Not on my watch!'' Greg thought.

His thoughts drifted to Violet as he drove the car. He wondered if she had finished her breakfast. Would

shee to the hospital to see Roger today?

    At Yuwen''s House

Violet was busy preparing breakfast. Selina too had woken up early to help her.

"Violet, do you intend to get up early every day to prepare breakfast?" Selina asked as she helped her

put food into the lunch box.

"Auntie Selina, I don''t know how else to show my gratitude to Roger. I will cook breakfast for him every

day until he recovers," Violet replied.

Selina nodded her head, showing her agreement.

After putting the breakfast into the lunch box, Selina handed it to Violet. "Now go to the hospital. I will

    take care of the rest."

"Okay, thank you, Auntie! Please tell my grandparents and Uncle Wilson that I left for the hospital. I

hope they don''t mind," Violet said with some guilt.

"I will. Now go. Be careful on your way to the hospital!" Selina smiled.

Watching her disappear out of the door, Selina felt worried. Violet was always considerate about others

but seldom thought about herself. She hadn''t had breakfast for several days. Sometimes, she even

forgot to eat her lunch. Selina was concerned about her health.

After parking her car in the underground lot, Sharon got out. She carried the lunch box and walked

    directly to the elevator.

Sharon was d she hade here. The senior doctors in the hospital woulde to know her as

Fred''s wife. Fred too would be touched by herpassionate gesture. She felt that she had made a

    wise decision.

The elevator stopped at the first floor and Violet shuffled inside. She was astonished to see Sharon.

That face was too familiar for her to forget.

Sharon pursed her lips in anger as she saw Violet get in. ''What is she doing here?'' she wondered.

She gave Violet a quick once-over with contempt in her eyes. Sharon couldn''t bear her low-ss taste.

But why was Violet carrying a lunch box in her hand? What was she doing here?
