Violet then continued,"If you don''t believe me, just go home and ask your parents. If your parents aren''t
afraid to offend my Daddy, go on and bully me like before."
After saying that, Violet turned around, pulled Alice''s hand and then walked out of the ssroom.
The crowd was stunned, kept staring at the door and still thought all about what Violet had just said.
Violet and Alice did not stop walking until they reached the yground.
Violet turned around, looked sharply at Alice and asked,"Alice, are you sure you are all right?"
Alice ignored her question, she seriously stared at Violet for five seconds and then startedughing and
said,"Violet, you''re so amazing. I''m proud of you."
Violet smiled when she saw Aliceughing crazily. It was just now, that she had summoned up the
courage to say those things. But actually, she had just said those things to scare the girls. Though she
knew how powerful her family was, obviously she would not really kick their families out of this city.
These girls were her ssmates and her Mommy had always told her not to take revenge on other
people. Violet just didn''t want to hear them say horrible things about her in the future, so she had to say
such things to intimidate them. If she didn''t want to be talked about by them, she must something to
defend herself.
Violet was shy and replied earnestly,"Alice, I was just saying it."
Alice said,"You''re still great even though you just said those things. You should talk tough to scare
those girls. They livefortably every day, and the only thing they have to bother is talk about other
people behind their backs or theypete with each other to see whose clothes are more beautiful.
Their families actually deserve to lose everything." She was really mad at those girls and she also felt
that they were way out of line.
Violet immediately said,"Alice, you''re great too. You want them to go bankrupt." She found that Alice
also liked talking roughly just like her.
Alice tightly held her hand, firmly looked at her and said,"All right, all right. That''s the reason why we''re
close friends."

woulde forward and start arguing with them.
Alice replied,"Violet, it''s really a pity that Lawrence and Mike are not at the same school as us. If they

Violet said,"Yes. you are right. If only my brother is here. He could have protected me all the time." She
