Chapter 511 Encountering In The Shopping Mall
Once thedies had finished getting ready, Cherry drove them both to the mall.
Cherry had never considered Lily as a servant, so she held Lily''s arm warmly as they walked through
the shops. They looked more like mother and daughter, than servant and employer.
Despite not wearing expensive brand clothes or high-ss makeup, Lily had an air of elegance and
dignity. She looked more like a nobledy, instead of a housemaid. The pair of beautifuldies had
attracted the attention of many high-born women in the mall.
"Mrs Cherry, I feel at ease apanying you here. You not only don''t look down upon me for my
station, but you are willing to be seen with me as close as this, " Lily gushed gratefully.
Cherry smiled. "Lily, don''t say that. We''re family, how could I treat you any differently? I really
appreciate everything you do for us, " she replied.
"Frankly speaking, people like you are rare in the rich and powerful elite ss. I finally understand why
master treats you so well. You deserve this, " Lily nced at her shopping partner.
"May I take that as apliment, Lily?" Cherry asked, a cute smile adorning her face.
"Yes, mydy. You deserve my praise, " Lily giggled.
Reaching a store that piqued Cherry''s interest, she gestured inside. "Let''s go in there. Their clothes are
quite beautiful."
"Good choice. Be careful, mydy, " Lily answered.
"I will, " Cherry returned.
The two walked throughout the store, Cherry browsing the clothes. Two hourster, she had finally
settled on several gorgeous dresses. She took the dresses to the counter, paid for them with Jackson''s
card and left the store with Lily. As they strolled, Cherry felt satisfied with her purchases. She felt her
spirits raising for she had spent some of her husband''s money.
"Mydy, let''s have a rest on that bench, " Lily suggested, gesturing at a nearby rest area.
Cherry agreed, "Okay, I''m a little tired."
Sitting on the bench, the two struck up a conversation.

Lily nced at Cherry, noticing a purple pendant around her neck. "That pendant is beautiful, " Lily
observed aloud.
"Isn''t it?" Cherry responded, looking down at the pendant. "Andrew gave it to me. It is the most
precious gift I have received from him since I married Jackson, " she continued.
"With your permission, mydy, may I take a look?" Lily asked.
"Sure, " Cherry answered. She unsped the pendant and handed it carefully to Lily.
As the jewellery touched Lily''s skin, her hand shivered slightly, but Cherry didn''t notice.
Lily held the pendant and rubbed it carefully. Slightly rough surface. ''This is it. This one is true, " she
told herself silently, a small smile appearing at the corners of her lips.
"Mydy, this pendant looks unique. Different. It must have been difficult to buy in the market, right?"
Lily asked, handing the beautiful pendant back to Cherry.
Cherry nodded, fastening the pendant back around her neck. "Yes. Andrew said this one was valuable
and asked me to keep it well. You must have noticed Joe wears an almost identical pendant, simply a
different colour, " she responded.
"Of course, " Lily replied. Lily had definitely noticed Cherry and Joe each had a pendant, but she hadn''t
been sure whether their pendants were real or fake. But having handled Cherry''s, she was certain it
was real. She concluded that Joe''s must be real too, since they both received their pendants from
Andrew.
"Mydy, this must be expensive and valuable, since it is from master. Please, keep it well. Perhaps it
is a charm that will bring luck to you and your child, " she continued, smiling.
Lily''s kind words delighted Cherry. "I will, thank you."
The two looked at each other, sharing a bright smile.
Her stomach rumbling, Cherry realised she was hungry. They had been sitting there for a while now.
"Lily, let''s grab some food and then head home, " she suggested.
"Oh, mydy, why don''t we head home now? I can make lunch for you. The food here isn''t wholesome,
" Lily advised. ''I must pay more attention to Cherry''s daily diet now that she is pregnant, '' she
admonished herself.
Cherry gave a soft and encouraging smile. "It''s okay to eat here once in a while. It''s so much trouble for
you to cook everyday, " she insisted.
Seeing the firm expression on the other woman''s face, Lily simply nodded in agreement.
''Jackson is always doting on her at home. Now even I want to be good to her, after having spent some
along time with her like today. I can''t bear to refuse her proposal with that beautiful and merry face, ''
Lily thought to herself.
"Let''s go, then, " Cherry eagerly remarked, a gay smile adorning her face now. She rose and began to
move off.
But before she could get far anyway, a figure not far from them caused her to freeze on the spot.
Lily, taking up the bags, stood and began to move off too. She frowned when she noticed Cherry was
standing still. "Mydy, what''s wrong?" she asked, adjusting her hold on one of the bags.
No answer was given by Cherry, who simply stared ahead. Lily followed her gaze to find Sally standing
where Cherry was staring.
Sally coldly approached Cherry. "Mrs. Cherry, how do you have time to go shopping?" she asked
scornfully. She fixed her eyes on Cherry''s dainty ones.
Wordlessly, Cherry simply gazed at the angry woman.
"Mydy, let''s go. Just ignore her, " Lily turned to Cherry. She knew Sally was hostile to Jackson''s
caring wife, and she felt it best to simply exit the situation.
Taking Cherry by the hand, Lily turned to leave. Again, they didn''t get far because Sally stepped in their
way.
"How capable you are. A servant dares to make a decision for her master, " Sally red at Lily angrily,
sarcasm dripping from each word.
Cherry knew she had to face Sally today. If not today, it would be another time, so what was a better
opportunity than right now. ''Obviously, she wants to give me a hard time, '' she thought.
"Sally, what do you want from me?" Cherry asked.
