Chapter 16 A Call From Brother


    In the morning, a ray of sunlight shone into the room. Two people were sleeping,zily, on the bed.


    Jackson was holding Cherry tightly, as if he was protecting the woman even when he was in deep


    sleep.


    Cherry woke up slowly. Before she opened her eyes, she wanted to stretch her arms, but she felt that


    someone was holding her. She wanted to get rid of the arms. And when she moved her body, she felt


    pain in her private parts.


    She immediately opened her eyes and saw the man beside her. She then recalled what happenedst


    night.


    She felt terribly ashamed and furious. She angrily patted Jackson''s chest and said,"Jackson Chu, you


    are an asshole."


    Clearly knowing what Cherry was referring to, Jackson chuckled to himself. This woman must have


    remembered what they didst night.


    With a smile on his face, Jackson lovingly said,"So do you now admit that you are mine?"

    All of a sudden, Jackson turned over and pressed himself on Cherry. He looked into her eyes and in a


    serious voice, said,"Do you want to try it again? So that you will never forget?"


    "No!" Cherry declined immediately. Looking into his eyes, she knew that he was not joking. She also


    realized that she would be the one to suffer if she still acted tough. This jerk could do anything to her.


    She added in a tender voice,"Get away from me. I feel pain. So please don''t bother me now."


    Seeing her tender look, Jackson thought she was indeed in pain. So he immediatelyy down beside


    her and lovingly asked,"Is it really painful?"


    "So what if it is?" Jackson, you are a beast," said Cherry. She could not help but scold him.


    "Baby, I intend to teach you how to serve me as my woman," Jackson said, with an evil glint in his


    eyes.


    Cherry was about to reply when her phone rang.


    Jackson stretched his arm, picked up her handbag, took out the phone and passed it to Cherry.


    Cherry looked at the caller ID and saw that the call was from Wilson Yuwen. She was excited and


    hastily answered the phone.


    "Hello Wilson, my brother," said Cherry, in a tender voice.


    Hearing Cherry''s tender voice for the person on the other end of the call, Jackson felt envious. How


    could the woman be so tender to him, a man she called brother? Was the person on the phone, Wilson


    Yuwen, her brother from a different father and mother?


    Wilson Yuwen''s voice was also very tender. He asked,"Cherr, are you busy these days? How have you


    been recently?"


    The care in his voice warmed Cherry very much. She had not been cared for so long and she had


    never felt such care from the Shen household. So hearing these warm words, she was touched and


    couldn''t help but start crying.


    Cherry took a deep breath and replied,"Brother, I am fine, everything is good."


    Then the voice on other end said,"Cherr, you must take care of yourself. If the people in the Shen


    household are not treating you well,e to me and I will take good care of you."


    His words were so warm that Cherry choked on her sobs. She replied,"I will, brother." But no one could


    understand how bitter her heart felt.

    "Okay. Cherr, are you alone by yourself? After I finish my doctoral course, I wille back home to


    give youpany." Cherry could clearly hear Wilson Yuwen''s words on the phone.


    "Really?" Cherry was thrilled and suddenly felt excited. Wilson Yuwen woulde back soon and he


    was the one she could depend on. At least, she would not have to bear her pain by herself when she


    was sad.


    "Yes. I will finish the course soon ande back," said Wilson Yuwen.


    "Okay, then I will wait for you toe back," said Cherry.


    "Okay, bye."


    After hanging up, Cherry held the phone in the hand and her heart was now filled with hope. Even if the


    whole world abandoned her, she at least had Wilson Yuwen by her side. He was always so tender to


    her, almost like her biological brother. Cherry clearly knew how well Wilson Yuwen treated her and how


    well he took care of her. And his care was what she wanted and needed the most.


    Seeing Cherry hiding herself under the quilt, Jackson asked,"Is it Wilson Yuwen?"


    "Yes, my brother," said Cherry, indifferently, without looking at Jackson.


    Jackson saw that Cherry was not in a good mood, so he did not ask anything more. He had already


    investigated her background and he knew that Wilson was perhaps the only man who had been good


    to her in her life.


    At the Shen Group, Cherry still worked as the group leader of the business department. Even if she


    was married, even if she was assaulted by Jean, she would not give up her job, even though that job


    was just something mundane.


    She was busy at her workce every day. But Jackson could not understand why she would choose to


    put up with the hardship. He was rich enough to support her and she could just stay at home, watching

    and I will stay there for about one month."

    Cherry lowered her head to eat, taking no notice of Jackson''s expression. Whether he existed or not


    was all the same to her. Though they got along pretty good these days, she still did not care for this


    man.


    While lying in bed, Cherry closed her eyes slightly and wanted to fall asleep. She was a bit tired after


    the day''s work.


    But the man lying beside her thought otherwise. He was about to leave tomorrow, so why wouldn''t this


    woman take the initiative to please him? Was she challenging his patience?


    Jackson couldn''t stand it any more, so he pulled back the quilt and intensely pressed himself on her,


    thinking that he had to eat her up tonight.
