Max finally reached the cargo ship as night approached. He tied up the little boat and looked at the large ship.
Could this be it?
Noticing no one was around, he snuck onto the ship, but there wasn''t anything left. And the loading dock was empty.
Shit!
He decided to knock on every door and asked what the boat was hauling, and where the cargo went.
Suddenly, an old woman, who sat outside her home, called out to him. "My dear, wat is it you''re after?" She asked kindly.

Max retold the lie he gave to the bartender and customer. The old woman looked down .
"Oh my dear, that''s rough. I could help, but I don''t have anything THAT valuable in my home. How long have you traveled?"
"Four hours." Max answered.
"Mmm, I see. Here - " she stood up from her chair and opened the door for him. "Come inside, you must be starved."
Surprised by the offer, Max walked in with her. She gave him a nice bowl of stew with a bread roll on the side. She then offered some wine. "My culture loves wine. Would you like some?"
Suddenly, Zack''s voice invaded his space, reminding him about his drinking habits. Shamefully, Max shook his head. "Ill pass, I''m trying to quit."
Thinking of the necklace brought a sudden question in his mind. He leaned in. "Do you have any clue if its location?"
"There''s a man that sells jewelry to the local market..."
