    "What the hell?" she growled under her breath as she dialed a number. It was answered after a couple


    of rings, and a familiar voice greeted Vivian. "Hello, Ms. Crowe!"


    It was none other than Erma herself, and Vivian promptly snapped, "What the hell is your problem?"
