“Ahh! How dare you hit me, Ranita!” After a moment of eerie silence, Holly screamed like a pig being ughtered in rage.


    Holding onto her throbbing cheek with both hands, she red at Ranita with bloodshot eyes while looking disheveled and terrifyingly twisted in appearance.


    “Do you think it’s okay for you to mess with me?” With cold eyes fixed on Holly’s face, Ranita continued speaking, “You poured water all over me which damaged my reputation. I pped your face once so I still lost out here.”


    “Ranita! You’re dead meat!” Grinding her teeth together tightly while pointing at two bodyguards beside her, Holly saidmandingly, “Grab this woman for me and throw her into toilet bowl right now!”


    The two guards hesitated for a moment before walking towards Rantia without daring to disobey their boss’ orders.


    “I advise againsting any closer if I were you guys,” warned Rantia calmly as she looked directly into their eyes before turning back towards Holly again, “Holly, if this matter gets blown up big time then it won’t be good news just for me.”


    “After all,” Rantia added coldly while staring straight into Holly’s eyes again, “I don’t have your family background or connections in Kurima; if this incident goes public then everyone willugh at you discussing about how foolish you are.”


    “And of course,” Rantia continued speaking slowly yet confidently while raising an eyebrow slightly higher than usual, “If that doesn’t satisfy your ego enough, then we can always go visit our local police station where I’ll admit my mistake by payingpensation money or whatever penalty is required byw… but are you willing enough to apologize publicly right there?”


    Ranita’s words struck Holly. However, she still retorted, “Haha! I’ll smash the surveince cameraster! Who needs to apologize to you? Come on, try it!”

    Ranita raised an eyebrow and said, “Sorry, folks, the police have arrived!”


    The police arrived, and Holly had to hold back her anger! The ce was a mess, but at least no one got hurt. A ssh of water and a p in the face settled things.

    Olivia took Ranita home and made some food before parting ways. Ranita reminded her, “Don’t go back to the studio for the next few days. Pack up your things and work from home. Call me if you need anything.”


    “Okay…” Olivia nodded but couldn’t help asking, “Ranita, that studio is your pride and joy. Are you really just going to give it up like this?”


    Ranita didn’t want to let it go either, but with Holly stirring up trouble like this, there was no way the studio could operate smoothly anymore. It was better to start over from scratch.


    “It’s just something we have to do! Don’t worry about it!” After seeing Olivia off, Ranita contacted Marlon and hired him as an agent to help with dissolving their partnership.


    After dealing with that matter, Ranita drove straight to the hospital to see Steve.


    “I thought you wouldn’te so soon!” Steve had scheduled his day off today but made ns with Ranita beforehand so he came in the afternoon instead. “Are you feeling better today? You look a little pale.”

    “I’m okay! Just tired I guess… Maybe I didn’t sleep wellst night.” She smiled at Steve while her eyes curved into crescents along with sparkling pupils – lively and brightening everything around them.

    “As long as you’re okay.” Steve turned his head slightly while speaking softly, “Being pregnant can make one feel exhausted easily; eat more nutritious food and rest early when possible… Don’t overwork yourself either.”


    “Oh yeah…” Pausing for a moment, he handed over some papers, “I drew your blood yesterday for testing purposes. Here are the results. It shows trace amounts of banned stimnts which won’t affect your body once metabolizedpletely.”
