THE FEAR "[English]"
This is my story, Gabriel. It's the story of my escape from the hordes of mammals, a decision I expected would lift me to the heights of happiness, but instead plunged me into the abyss of utter terror. Since childhood, I've always felt a contrast between myself and my peers. I was quick-witted, a perennial class leader, and possessed a talent for languages and a deep mind that set me apart from others. The childish preoccupations of childhood and adolescence didn't attract me. "As a child, I always felt lost, a stranger in an uncomprehending world. While my contemporaries were immersed in the pursuits of success, fame, and trivial wealth, I longed for something deeper: intellect, no less. I believed that humanity was on the brink of intellectual extinction, and that it was my duty to champion the cause of reason. Thus, I decided to distance myself from the superficiality and triviality of the masses, from the malignant influence of a culture that glorified ignorance, and from the company of those who didn't appreciate my unique perspective. Little did I know that this decision would be the catalyst for my descent into the abyss.
