Introduction: In the first publicly released short story from the Guardians of Diabolus universe, we follow Sunamar Pendragon, a young adventurer, a seemingly harmless young man in need of money. Embarking on a journey alongside Aleiana Starsong, an elven ranger who he meets in an adventurers' guild in the western part of the Mortal Realm, they decide to go on a journey to slay a dragon to make themselves a lifetime of a fortune and, perhaps, find more.The story is one of several to come that are set in the Nine Worlds, a fictional universe I've been working on for well over a decade. By the time of Dawnstar's release, I am already working on the main series form the universe, The Guardians of Diabolus, and other sidestories like this one that will be posted here in the future.A sequel to this short side-story is planned, although it might take me some time as I am working on other projects aswell....
