    It was the woman who remembered the kids, tossing them some muffins and


    warning, “You’re in our hands now. If you try to escape, I’ll break your legs and


    make you beg in the streets!”


    The three kids pretended to be terrified and clung to each other.


    Satisfied, the woman assumed they were scared witless and left, locking the door


    behind her.


    Once sure she was gone, Anna whispered to Ben, “Are Dad and Mom here?”


    Ben nodded, “Robotrack will lead Dad and Mom to us.”


    The confident appearance of Ben reassured Anna and Dennis, and they huddled


    closely together, waiting for their parents’ rescue


    Fortunately, Charlotte and Joe did not let the children down. As the night grew


    darker, Mandy quietly climbed up to the window and knocked on it gently.


    Ben woke up instantly, while Anna shielded Dennis, all eyes on the window.


    “It’s me,” Mandy whispered, shining light on her face to show herself.


    Although her face might have looked eerie in the darkness, Ben and Anna quickly


    realized they were being rescued.


    Ben ran to the window, asking Mandy softly, “Mandy, are Dad and Mom here?”


    “Yeah,” Mandy nodded, “They are waiting downstairs. You guys step back a bit,


    and I’ll open the door.”


    The three of them obediently stepped back to the door, staring at the faint


    shadows in the darkness.


    Mandy quickly cut open half of a window with aser knife and carefully handed it


    to Jack, who ced it beside him.


    Their movements were light, not rming anyone in the room. Mandy gave them


    a wave.


    The three of them quickly moved forward. Mandy silently crawled into the room


    and handed out the children one by one.


    Gorya and Jack were on the side to receive them.


    The three adults moved in perfect coordination, and the three children also


    cooperated well. Despite some fear, they kept their eyes tightly closed and didn’t


    make a sound as they were handed out.


    Not until all three children were taken out did Mandy stretch her wrists and
