    the man.

    ground and looked in front of me. There was Christopher, standing on the bridge by theke, panting.


    Apparently, he had run all the way here. When I saw him, I ran over quickly and stood in front of him.


    Looking up at this handsome man, I wanted to wish him “Happy Birthday,” but I was at a loss for words.


    Christopher started questioning me like one would query a child. “Tell me, where did you go right after


    work?”


    I told him honestly about how Nathan came to see me. “I really didn’t forget about it. In fact, I even had
