Chapter 221 Blind In One Eye


    Of course Tommy and his mother had no idea that Jackson was spying on them. Tommy grabbed


    Loraine''s hand and begged, "Mom, I''m out of money. Please give me some allowance!"


    "I don''t have any money," Loraine said frustratedly.


    "What about your sry this month? Haven''t you gotten it yet?" Tommy had Loraine''s sry in mind.


    "Edric hasn''t been home in awhile. He called and said he''lle pay me my sry over the next few


    days." In the past, Edric had always deposited her sry right into her bank ount. However, recently


    he had changed to paying her in cash. Since he was busy, he had not been able toe back and had


    instructed her to wait for a bit.


    The Myers family ran arge conglomerate so Loraine wasn''t worried at all that Edric would not pay


    her. However Tommy was impatient, "Mom, give me some of your backup savings then."


    "I already gave you a portion of thatst time. I''m not going to take out anymore. If I take too much out,


    nothing will end well," Loraine shook her head. After thest time she had given Tommy a part of her


    savings, she no longer dared to take out anymore.


    "Are you even my mother? You abandoned mest time and made me the person I am today. Now, you


    have the ability to support me yet you refuse to do so. Why did you give birth to me in the first ce


    then?" Tommy started to lose his temper.


    "Stop screaming your head off. Are you trying to die?" Loraine reached out to cover his mouth, "Just


    wait a couple more days. After a few days, when Edric sends me my sry, I''ll send some to you."

    After Tommy left, Loraine was preparing to go back into the house when Jackson leapt out and stopped


    her. Loraine got a huge fright and took a step back. When she saw it was Jackson, her expression fell,

    "N-no," Loraine was tripping over her own words. She knew very well what kind of person Jackson


    was. There was no way he would forgive her for sending his son away after he got thrown into jail.


    More importantly, Rosa and Tommy had gotten together. If Jackson found out about that, he would


    most definitely kill her.


    "You b*tch!" Jackson stared at Loraine fiercely. Back then he had poured his heart out to her, and he


    did try wholeheartedly to give her the best. However, this b*tch was too heartless. The moment he had


    stepped foot in jail, she had given his son away, "A wh*re really has no heart I guess."


    In the past few years, he had suffered a lot in prison, but she had been livingvishly outside. She even

    He had suppressed his anger for a long time. One could imagine how severe his blow was. He only

    Jackson had no intentions of stopping. He swung another harsh punch towards her, yelling, "You dare

    At first, Jackson was a little worried when he heard Loraine''s shouting. However, when he saw all the


    security guards hiding in their guardhouse with no intentions of taking actions whatsoever, his worry


    was quickly diminished, "You wh*re. How dare you shout for help? I''ll kill you today!"


    Loraine had thought for sure that someone woulde over to help her after hearing her screams.


    Who knew that no one would pay any mind to her at all? She knew how violent Jackson could be,


    better than anyone. So she quickly begged, "I know that I''m in the wrong! Please forgive me!"


    Jackson did not bother listening to her exnation. He kicked her hard and sent her flying to one side.


    Then, he walked over and kicked her a couple more times again. As he kicked he asked, "Where the


    f*ck did you send my son to?"


    Originally, Loraine had never nned to tell Jackson about Tommy. However, seeing how he was


    acting now, if she did not tell him where his son was, he would definitely take her life. So, she had no


    choice but to tell Jackson about Tommy, "I''ve found our son. He''s been staying safely by my side. If you


    let go of me, I''ll take you to him!"


    When he heard that his son was safe and sound, Jackson''s anger diminished slightly. He grabbed


    Loraine by the hair and lifted her up from the ground, "Take me to see my son right now!"


    Tommy was living with Rosa now. If Loraine brought Tommy over, she would be doomed. How could


    she dare to bring him over? Her only solution now was to drag time out. She had toe up with a


    solution after lying to him this time around, and said, "Look at the state I''m in, how am I supposed to


    take you to him?"


    Jackson let go of her when he saw her bloodied face, "It''s fine if you can''t take me to him. I have no


    money now. Give me whatever you have and maybe I''ll be more patient with you."


    "I don''t have money!" She had just given all the remaining money she had to Tommy. What was she


    supposed to give Jackson?


    Jackson immediately lost his temper, "You b*tch. I saw you generously give your money to your little


    pet earlier. When ites to me, then you''re suddenly poor again? Are you going to give me your

    "He''s not my little pet!" Loraine denied.


    "You''re still trying to deny it? I saw it with my own eyes," Jackson snorted, "You sl*t. Aren''t you

    Loraine groaned in her heart. She had no other choice now, "He''s not my little pet, he''s your son,

    a moment if he had misheard and he asked Loraine to repeat herself. Loraine had no idea that Jackson

    mad, and he did not care where they were or what would happen. The whole reason he had gotten


    thrown in jail was because he had beaten someone up to death.


    However, now, since Jackson was beating her up relentlessly, Loraine knew that if she didn''t defend


    herself, she would be dead. She started fighting back and shouting for help. Her resistance made


    Jackson explode in anger like a volcano. How dare this b*tch fight back?


    She must want to die! Jackson had totally lost all control now and was grasping at Loraine''s face to


    scratch her. He aimed for her eyes and directly stabbed his fingers down. Loraine reacted quickly and

    Blood sprayed all over Jackson''s face. Her eyes were covered with blood so he couldn''t see anything.


    The pain made Loraine scream out in anguish. Her scream was so terrifying that it could be heard from


    miles away.


    Jackson stretched his hand out and wiped away the blood that was covering his eyes. All of a sudden,


    he realized that there was something ck in his hand. When he took a closer look, he saw that it was


    an eyeball. He jumped up in fright. He looked down to see Loraine with her hands over her face and


    rolling on the ground. She was still howling from the pain and blood was gushing out of her face. It


    dawned on Jackson that he had poked her eyeball out. He could go to jail for this. The shock suddenly


    made him realize that the situation was not looking good. His anger had dissipated a little and he could


    not stay here for much longer!


    He threw the eyeball in his hand down and ignored Loraine who was squirming on the ground. He spat


    at her and then strode off.


    Loraine continued screeching for quite a while before eventually the pain took over her, and she


    fainted. Seeing her pass out, an onlooker made a call to John and asked him for further instructions.


    John then proceeded to ask Edric what to do. When Edric heard that Jackson had poked Loraine''s


    eyeballs out, heughed out loud. He had only hoped for Jackson to give her a good beating but


    Jackson was more ruthless than he had expected. Edric gave out an order to take her to the hospital.


    John was puzzled, "Why bother saving such an evil woman?"


    Edric sneered, "I''m saving her just to torture her more. Tell the doctors and nurses to not be merciful to


    this wicked woman. Carry out all the surgeries while she''s conscious. Don''t give her any anesthesia. I


    want her to wish that she was dead!"


    Loraine was sent to the hospital. As per Edric''s orders, the doctors operated on her while she was


    awake. Loraine screamed all the way from the start of the surgery till the end. She finally knew now,


    what it meant to live a life worse than death. She would rather be beaten to death by Jackson than live


    through this torture.


    Although the doctors had operated on her, they did not treat her eyes. Their only goal was to elongate


    her pain. When the surgery was over, the doctors told her expressionlessly that she was now blind in


    one eye.
