Chapter 155 I Love You Too
Chandler’s words made Erin feel greatly torn. On one hand, she actually had the urge to have a child
with him. On the other hand, however, it urred to her that her rtionship with Chandler was a
secretive one, so how could they bring a child into the world and make the
situation moreplicated?
Being in a difficult position, she said. “Chandler, let me think about this. I can’t give you an answer right
now.”
“I know this is too sudden for you, Erin. But think about it. My grandfather doesn’t have much time left.
He’s hoping that I can get married next month. I really can’t think of a better way anymore.” Chandler
looked torn and sorrowful.
He did not force her as crazily asst night, but Erin could not be helped when facing him in this state.
She could not help but ask herself if she loved Chandler. Of course, the answer was affirmative. Since
she already had an answer deep
down, would it still be so hard for her to make a choice?
Erin touched his face and asked with no confidence at all, “Even if I really got pregnant, would your
grandfather and father truly ept me?”
Her uneasiness and longing made him feel troubled for some reason, so much so that he was at a loss
for words for a moment.
However, he had already made a decision.
Chandler took her delicate hand away from his face and held it in his palm. His smile was gentle and
resolute as he said. “Trust me! I can
make it happen!”
Erin seemed to have exhausted all of her courage as she took a deep breath and asked seriously, “Do
you really want us to have a child together?”
He looked right at her and said, “Yes.”
“Alright. I promise that I won’t take any birth control anymore.” Erin’s cheeks were slightly flushed and
her heart started to pound
aggressively. It was after she said those words that she truly believed the decision she had just made.
She would never know the “birth control pills” Chandler gave her in the past were just folic acid.
Unfortunately, things just did not turn out
the way he wanted, and she did not get pregnant.
Chandler kissed her forehead emotionally and thanked her from the bottom of his heart. “Erin, I swear I
will be a good father! I won’t be like my father.”
Erin was so touched by his words that she nodded without saying anything while tears streamed down
her face.
Both of them hugged each other, and they could not bear to let go. However, Chandler still got out of
the car in the end. He said, “y the demon hunter well. I’ll buy a ticket and watch the movie when it’s
released.”
Erin broke into a smile. “Alright! I look forward to that.”
Five minutester, the driver who was in charge of driving Erin’s van came to the garage.
Erin was a little surprised when she saw the driver. She looked at Chandler as he stood at the side, and
he said with a faint smile, “Jack is
skilled inbat. He’ll be responsible for your safety from now on.”
It turned out that her neighbor living across from her was one of Chandler’s men. It was only at that
moment that Erin figured it out. At that
point, nothing was going to shock her anymore.
After Erin said goodbye to Chandler, Jack drove her to the set.
Erin could feel that the crew seemed different when she returned to the set this time. Everybody, even
the director and producer, was polite to her. Also, it was not hard for her to shoot her scenes as they
were scheduled to be after she had a good rest.
What shocked Erin the most was to learn from Roman that Megan and ire had been reced. The
investor added a billion dors to the movie’s budget, demanding to have these two women reced,

Other than Chandler, Erin could not think of anybody else being the investor. Roman also told her
frankly that it was indeed Chandler.
When she heard the answer with her own ears, she was both surprised and speechless. It was not that
she was too vain. She just could not help but think it was because of her that Chandler had reced
Megan and ire.
Her cousin, who was an extra, was reced as well.
On the other hand, na–Chandler’s rumored “legitimate girlfriend“-had been staying at the best hotel
in Fleuverton for a few days ever since she reported symbolically to the set for the first time, citing the
excuse that she was either feeling under the weather or too hungover to wake up.
Roman, however, told Erin the truth. He said na’s real boyfriend was at Fleuverton, and he had
been with na this whole time while they enjoyed themselves in a small town nearby.
At that moment, Erin watched as Roman left to rehearse a scene with the new first female lead. Then,
she quickly walked to the dressing room, locking the door behind her.
She sat on the couch and called Chandler as she could not help it.
Chandler walked out of an iparably luxurious private room at a five–star hotel in Fleuverton. He
had just attended the ribbon–cutting ceremony for a project the Frost Corporation had invested in.
As soon as he answered the call Erin asked eagerly, “Don’t you think it’s a ripoff to spend a billion
dors supporting the fourth female
lead?”
Chandler smiled. “It’s good enough as long as you’re happy.”
She was so worked up, she jumped up from the couch. “What is there for me to be happy about?
That’s a billion dors! One billion dors! It’d be better if you just gave it to me straight away!”
She wanted to try being an actress, but the support Chandler mentioned was too much! She was truly
feelingplicated about it! It was as if it did not matter whether she worked hard or not, and
Chandler’s way to support her was just throwing money at it.
What Erin said made him chuckle. “Sure. I’ll give you a billion dors for you to just act for my eyes
only. Would you be willing to do that?”
Without even needing to think about it, she said, “No!”
It seemed like money would be the heaviest topic to her every time it was mentioned.
Owing Chandler eighty million dors was already a burden too heavy for her to bear. She was not able
to breathe whenever she thought about it carefully. Even if it had something to do with Quentin that her
father, Steven, encountered a financial crisis this time, Chandler providing Steven financial help was

Erin simply could not mix these two matters together!
When Chandler heard the resistance and rejection in her tone, he sighed and said, “I know you’re not
willing to do so. That’s why I had no choice but to do this. You dislike Megan, ire, and May, and I
don’t want you to get angry so often when you get pregnant.”
She was dumbfounded at his words. He had already thought so far into the future, and he acted so

“Chandler, be honest with me, you’ve long made up your mind about wanting a child, haven’t you?”
There were no obvious emotions in her tone. It was just filled with doubt.
Chandler immediately admitted it without hesitation. “Yes.”
Erin was supposed to feel happy and blessed that the man she loved wanted a child with her so badly.
However, she just kept feeling a little uneasy, and she did not know why.
“Erin.”
Erin regained her senses a little. “I’m here.”
Chandler suddenly said, “I love you.”
Erin was caught off guard when she heard the words that she had been waiting for yet did not dare to
dream of hearing. In an instant, all of
her uneasiness vanished.
She said. “Chandler-”
“I’m here.”
-I have to start shooting now,” Erin suddenly said as well.
Chandler was speechless, but he chuckled and did not pester her into saying those words. He said
gently, “Go on, then. I’ll wait for you at
home tonight.”
Upon hanging up the call, Erin sat on the couch in a daze, unable to calm herself down for a long time.
Feeling her crazy heartbeat, she truly was a little worried that she might suffer a sudden death because
it was pounding too quickly!
The sweetest, most powerful words were probably what she had just heard–I love you.
Those three words eradicated thest bit of fear she had.
Erin said to herself silently, “Chandler, I will bring our child into this world. I love you too.”
