Ling Yi listened to the conversation for a while before he walked away without saying a word.
In the northeast corner of the camp, there was indeed a huge golden tower about 50 meters tall. The sun reflected on the dazzling building, making it harder for anyone to directly stare at it.
This was the Newbie’s Trial Towre.
This tower was only a tool for mass teleportation and to record the number of floors. There were no monsters inside.
Ling Yi ran in with the crowd.
“Hurry! We need to catch up with the people in the front!”
“There are still a lot of peopleing in from behind. Can’t the people in front just go upstairs? Make room so more people could fit in? ”
People anxiously urged each other as they ran.
This tower could teleport 10,000 people at once. The yers who came first would have to keep climbing to the next floor to make room for the yers in the back to enter.
If they couldn’t enter, they wouldn’t be able to participate in the event. The Newbie’s Trial didn’t require everyone to participate. This was an optional event, so there is no punishment for not participating.
But everybody had the same thought in mind. If they let this optional event go, they would feel as though they are missing out on something. Plus, it was only a one time event. They wouldn’t get another chance to do this same event again in the future.
Ling Yi smoothly made his way to the top floor. Seeing that there were still three minutes left, he couldn’t help but lean against the window to feel the breeze.
After a while, he felt someone patted his shoulder and followed by a chuckle.
Turning his head, he saw Lin Qingyu looking at him with a face full of surprise and said, “What a coincidence to meet you here.”
“What a coincidence indeed.” Ling Yi smiled.
She was wearing a clean and simple light blue sportswear, and her hair was tied up into a ponytail. She was obviously ready for battle.
“What’s your level?” He was a little curious.
“Eight.” She said, showing her fingers to him, and immediately asked, “How about you?”
“I’m still a little higher than you,” Ling Yi smiled.
Lin Qingyu blinked her bright pink eyes and smiled.
However, Ling Yi could see a trace of worry, hiding underneath her smile.
“Are you worried that the Trial would take ce near your house?” Ling Yi asked.
“Yeah. But who wouldn’t be?” Lin Qingyu said helplessly, shrugging her shoulders.
“I don’t understand. God’s Path is so powerful. Why can’t it make its own ce for trials? Why does it have to choose a ce in the main world for its battle area? ”
“I’m not worried about injuring the ordinary people in the area, since they would be driven away, but the ce will always end up in ruins by the end of it,” She sighed softly. “I can only hope that they didn’t choose our Qianjiang City.”
“Yeah. I hope so…” Ling Yi agreed, then turned his gaze outside the window, his mind deep in thought.
Time quickly passed by, and before anyone realized it, five minutes were already up. Then a God’s Path notification appeared.

At the same time, all one million newbie yers who had entered the trial tower from one hundred different newly opened districts were instantly teleported to somewhere in the main world!

The Alliance Headquarters, Ataranta, was a floating ind that could move on the sea.
A few hours ago, it happened toe to the “Pangu Inds” of Taijing ocean to excavate the soil.
Even after the dawn of the 7th day, they still hadn’t left.
It was exactly 0:05 am, when an invisible barrier appeared around the entire Pangu Inds, surrounding arge number of the floatingnds, including Ataranta.
Under the influence of a mysterious force, everyone inside the barrier was safely sent out.
At the same time, the millions of new yers in the June batch were sent into the barrier.
Evidently, the Pangu Inds became the new trial area!
It took less than half a minute for the millions of people who had been teleported here to recognize this ce.
“This is the Pangu Inds on the Taijing Ocean! It’s a neutral zone!”
“That’s great. Since we’re here, we can fight without restraint!”

Ling Yi opened his eyes and realized that he was standing on the roof of a three-story house.
He looked around and found that this was a rtively broken area.
And that coffee brown was its primary color around here.
The ground was not an asphalt road, nor was it paved with bricks. Instead, it was a rugged yellow mud.
There were small mud houses of various sizes around it, which were one, two, or three stories high. They were built randomly and messily, but somehow still seized people’s attention with its charming and unique features.
There wasn’t even a straight street in sight, only countless small alleys between houses.
“So this is the ce…” Ling Yi also knew about this ce.
He knew that initially, this ce was a meeting spot for countless of dark yers, earning the name “Dark yers Haven”.
Until five years ago, when the world-shocking “Colossal ck Sky” appeared.
The dark yers were no match for the level 90-plus or even level 100 monsters, and they either died or fled. And in just one day, this ce had turned into a paradise for monsters.
Later, a team of powerhouses risked their lives to sneak in, in hopes to find and break the magic crystals. They did and finally putting an end to the ck Sky.
Since then, this ce has been deste. Only a few yers with strange ideas and some wanderers who had nowhere to go woulde here…
“It’sing, it’sing! The monsters are starting to appear!”
The surrounding yers’ voices pulled Ling Yi’s thoughts back to the present.
The roofs and streets were packed with yers. Ling Yi had no doubt that with more than ten thousand people here, the scene would turn more lively in no time.
Looking in the direction the others were pointing at, he saw clouds of ck mist starting to appear on the street.
Not only on the streets, Ling Yi spotted some ck mists forming on the roofs, inside the houses, and even in the air.
Then, all kinds of monsters appeared from them.
Combat Chickens, Grasnd Wolves, Red Fruit Monsters, Fire Elementals, Wind Elementals…
Almost all of them were monsters that everyone was familiar with.
Then all of a sudden, the rules of the trial appeared in front of everyone.
[Trial Rules:]
[1. After killing a monster, you will get points corresponding to the monster’s level.]
[2. In the trial, no experience or skill will be dropped from killing monsters.]
[3. No death penalty, but you will not be able to re-enter the trial.]
The rules were fairly easy to understand, and Ling Yi and the other yers had already known about it before they entered.
Immediately, everyone rushed towards the nearest creature not wanting to waste another second.
“Four Star Technique! [Wardwolf Summon]!” Someone yelled and summoned two wolves made of earth elements in front of him.
The two wolves bared their teeth for a while before pouncing on the target that their master had identified.
“[Fireball]!” A strong man flew over the roofs at a fast speed while throwing fireballs at the monsters on the street below.
“Five Star Technique! [Bear Transformation]!” Another shouted, their body immediately swelled, shifting into a fierce-looking ck bear a few secondster. They immediately crouched down and ran toward a nearby Grasnd Wolf on all four limbs.
They sent the Grasnd Wolf flying with a single swipe of its paw!
“[Sword Qi sh]!” A yerunched a sword aura attack at some Wind Elementals in the sky with its iron swords.
The translucent sword energy shot into the group of Wind Elementals. Although it did not cause obvious damage to them, it sessfully attracted their attention.
They all bent down andunched [Wind de] attacks at the sword wielding man on the ground.
“…”
In order to kill these monsters, everybody has to give it their all!
