    “You didn’t look like you were tired while you were in the arena.”


    “I realized that everything that Master had shown me is not effective at all. During the actualpetition, there are so many things to watch out for. I can’t even process everything quick enough. I can only fight back based on my instincts.”


    Yun Bilu was really rather exhausted, and she couldn’t stand anymore. She hugged Huang Yize and leaned against him. “I’ll just hug you like this then. I’m not sitting down!” Despite her words, she hadpletely rested her body against Huang Yize.


    Huang Yize allowed her to do so as he said, “Next, you’ll have to fight the two winners from the previous rounds. You have to win the two of them in order to get to the final round.”


    “That’s utterly unreasonable.” Yun Bilu pursed her lips and felt wronged.


    “That’s the rule. It’s to make the contestants give their all and to hasten the entirepetition.”


    “No wonder everyone tried to beat their opponents up as soon as possible. If their match was a draw, both of them might be eliminated.”


    “Those from a draw match are either highly skilled or crafty. Therefore, the rules had been set this way. Well, it’s good too. This way, you can train yourself. Defeat the two of them and you’ll end up in the top ten contestants.”


    “Cough, cough...” Yun Bilu coughed and rested in Huang Yize’s arms gloomily. She didn’t want to talk anymore.

    Lunch was held in therge dining hall beside the arena. The chief minister provided all the contestants free meals. A lot of people wanted to speak to Yun Bilu, but sensing Huang Yize’s aura, they didn’t dare to get close to her at all.


    Huang Yize was radiating an icy and strong presence, so it was hard for anyone to try to approach him.


    Yun Bilu and Huang Yize were discussing strategies for thepetition and didn’t notice the changes in their surroundings.


    After lunch, Gu Zhengxun spoke to Yun Bilu regarding her match and exined to her which strategies to adopt for each specific opponent.


    Yun Bilu listened attentively. The first match in the afternoon involved Bo Guangjian and two other winning contestants from earlier. Undoubtedly, Bo Guangjian still won even though he single-handedly fought against two of them. He qualified straight for the finals.


    After that, Yun Bilu fought against Lin Zhi and Li Qiuxiang.
