“Reposition! Healers, move in to revive!”
Lu Li saw the number of casualties and couldn’t help but frown.
“You really are brave to challenge a level 60 Wild Boss. Is the role of the Main Tank very important?” Water Fairy asked, trying to take Lu Li’s mind off the unfortunate turn of events.
“The Main Tank is very important, but the main reason I am even attempting this Boss is because of this...” Lu Li said as he showed Water Fairy Grol’s Talisman, which made her speechless.
Moments after they repositioned, Grol the Destroyer once again went on an igniting frenzy, taking the lives of a few more yers.
“Are we losing too many yers?”
If this was Grol with a 30% reduction in Strength, Water Fairy couldn’t imagine how powerful he actually was.
“This is only temporary. They will eventually learn to dodge the burns,” Lu Li said calmly.
Water Fairy thought about it for a while and agreed, but this was based on the condition that there were no external interruptions. How could they learn to dodge if there were other yers harassing them?
Square Root 3 suddenly ran over and nodded at Water Fairy before saying to Lu Li, “There is someoneing.”
“These yers really don’t know how to give up. How many did they bring this time?”
Lu Li was helpless. Even though he didn’t think they would break through their defence, he still didn’t want to deal with this.
“Just one...” Square Root 3 said strangely.
“Just one person? Then we don’t even need to do anything. If they can get through the Ogres, that would already be very impressive.”
“It’s Jade Flower Lover. Should we pick him up?” Square Root 3 asked.
“Go and get him; let’s see what he wants. He is a member of the Blood Red War g, so they probably want to negotiate,” Lu Li said, then asked Sesame Rice Ball to open up the door.
“I hope I’m not causing you too much trouble. Lu Bro, I just want to say a few words and I will leave.”
Jade Flower Lover was dressed in casual clothes and looked like a schr. This was his personal style.

“Hey, Water Fairy is here too. When did you join Ruling Sword?” Jade Flower Lover asked with a smile.
“I have alsoe to talk about some things,” Water Fairy responded faintly.
“That’s great! Well, I am here representing my guild to show our sincerity in never interfering with Ruling Sword’s Boss fights.”
Jade Flower Lover was a kind of person who would never take
advantage of an unfortunate situation, and he spoke straightforwardly about his intentions.
“You should have said this after having a look at the environment we’re in,” Lu Li said as he turned back, then resumed hismand of the battle.
“Why do you have to make fun of me? If I had bad intentions, I wouldn’t be alone.”
Jade Flower Lover felt like he had been wronged.
“So you’re here alone behind enemy lines – that’s great. How many Thieves did you bring?” Lu Li asked, refusing to believe it.
Jade Flower Lover often used this tactic. He liked setting out alone to give the impression that he was someone like Zhuge Liang. Unfortunately, an insider wouldter reveal that every time he did this, he would bring along a great number of Thieves.
“Oh...” Jade Flower Lover was dumbfounded.
“Do you have anything else to say? I am quite busy here and I have no time for formalities, so just say it straight.”
Lu Li once again ordered the yers to reposition themselves on the battlefield. There were already fewer yers burning on the battlefield.
“How about forming an alliance?” Jade Flower Lover asked, putting away his smile and turning serious.
“...” Lu Li and Water Fairy each looked at each other and saw the surprise in each other’s eyes. It just seemed so unlikely that Blood Red War g was looking for an ally.
Blood Red War g didn’t have a long history like Glory Capital, but they were definitely an established guild. This guild featured a number of retired professional yers, so it attracted many veterans.
These yers would have been professionally trained and well-disciplined. This meant that their elite team’sbat power was not worse than Glory Capital’s. It wasn’t an exaggeration to say that they couldn’t defeat them, as they were much stronger than the average yers.
The Blood Red War g had never been part of an alliance; they had just been running a few clubs.
But now, Jade Flower Lover was here and he had actually offered to form an alliance. Lu Li expressed his surprise sincerely.
“Are you joking?” Square Root 3 didn’t believe it.
Haha, this alliance would be good for both of us right? We secretly form an alliance and keep an eye out for each other. If you encounter a crisis, like today when Glory Capital shamelessly decided to interfere with your fight, Blood Red War g will attack them from the side. What do you think, Lu Li?”
“I think it’s not a bad idea,” Lu Li said, quickly understanding what he meant.
Blood Red War g was still following their policy of not forming an official alliance, but they were asking for a cooperative rtionship. Specifically, it was just a mutual understanding.
With this alliance, they couldn’t have a coordinated attack or retreat.
They were just trying to do something good for each other without jeopardizing their own interests.
Lu Li had no need to refuse. If they truly wanted to bring down Glory Capital,bining with another major guild was the fastest and most effective way of doing this. Unfortunately, people were selfish and guilds were no exception to that rule.
“That’s it then. Let’s swear on it,” Jade Flower Lover said with a grin.
Although he didn’t have toe here, he always felt like he appeared more sincere in face-to-face interactions. It was a wonderful feeling of being alone in the enemy camp and persuading them.

Blood Red War g was mostly made up of veterans, and they might be too principled for something like this, but Jade Flower Lover was ruthless.
“They probably couldn’t sit still since you were starting to kill Wild Bosses,” Water Fairyughed.
“If given the opportunity, Blood Red War g wouldn’t mind taking the Boss,” Lu Li reasoned. He could see through this kind of thing very clearly.
Of course, a verbalmitment to an alliance was undoubtedly more reliable than a tacit understanding.
Both Blood Red War g and Ruling Sword wanted to overthrow Glory Capital, so both guilds didn’t mind giving Glory Capital some trouble if given the chance. Now that they had verbally agreed, there were more chances to do so in future.
However, if there was a chance to damage both Glory Capital and Blood Red War g in the future, such as thatst fight they had with each other, why wouldn’t they want that?
