    He was ranked number two on the damage chart, just below Water Fairy, but now that he was focused on dealing damage, he quickly surpassed her.


    Empowerment: Shadowstrike surely gave him an advantage when it came to DPS.


    However, this wasn’t enough to ovee the gap between the team and the boss, so their next trial still failed.


    Through these constant wipes, some synchronization between the team began to develop. They were able to make it through to phase three on their next attempt.


    Phase three had its own separate issues. Besides putting the teamwork of the yers to the test, it also challenged each individual’s techniques and game sense.


    However, Lu Li wasn’t afraid of this problem. Their team was limited in ss variety and wasn’t the best at working with each other, but the least of their concerns were their techniques and game sense. This was what they had all made careers out of; they were the best of the best amongst all yers.


    During phase three, Thaurissan finally began to cast some skills.


    One by one, rocks that burned in dark red mes were summoned before him, then unpredictably flew towards the yers in waves.


    These rocks were around one meter in diameter and had more of an impact their just damage alone. They could also knock out yers.


    yers could dodge the first rock, but run into a second by ident. Many would constantly die in this mess, which would inevitably lead to a wipe.


    Later on, to make the dungeon easier, the gamingpany would reduce the speed of these rocks by half. Even so, many teams still struggled, so it wasn’t hard to imagine their current situation. The ones who had it the toughest would be the closebat sses. Sometimes, the rocks would fly right beside them, and push them into another. If this chain reaction continued, they would quickly find themselves dead.


    Apparently, clubs used this ce to train the reaction time of their newbies.


    Lu Li’s job was to help analyze how to dodge each of theserge rocks and propose how they were to survive if they were hit.


    As they all grew familiar with this, phase three became easier.


    Around the seventh, or possibly eighth attempt, they didn’t encounter a single issue until the third phase. Not a single yer died, and Old Man Power’s battle resurrection was also still avable.


    “Dodge! Melee sses, y safe – don’t use any skills that will freeze yourself.”


    “Unforgettable Maple, stop running. Just sh, hurry!”


    “Elevenless, cancel your Whirlwind. Do you think you can really tank all that damage?”


    “Breezy, you’re done keeping your damage reduction. What if the boss goes berserk?”


    “Interrupt Princess Moira’s healing. Who’s turn is it? Why hasn’t anyone stopped it. Never mind, don’t worry about it – pay attention.”


    Lu Li felt like he was about to lose his voice. Not only did he have to guarantee his own damage output, but he also had to pay attention to everything that was happening while dodging the rocks. He really gave it his all; even his battle against Blue Universe wasn’t so tiring.

    The major guilds finally had their chance to show off.

    It was inevitable that Square Root 3 was slower than the others since he didn’t have this sort of experience. However, he included Lu Li in his words and it stood out.


    At least, the others couldn’t say the same thing shamelessly. It wasn’t as though they could show off the fact that their yers only had an average damage output.


    Even the guild master of Gangnam Royals, Heart of War, sent his congrattions. No matter how poor his rtionship was with Old Man Power, he still had stand up for his guild.

    The First Clear reward from the system was quickly sent to everyone. Wendelian also went up and looted the corpse.


    Time was slipping away and everyone was in a hurry to go home and analyze the dungeon for a guide. That way, their teams would be able to enter the ckrock Depths sooner.

    “A Legendary set piece for Thieves – isn’t the Nightyer set supposed to be a Dark Gold set. When did it be legendary?” Wendelian asked, her voice shaking a little. It was the first time she had seen a set that was Legendary.


    Everyone nced at Lu Li and Water Fairy, feeling envious of them both.


    But soon, they were ready to see some drama unfold. Even if this piece of equipment didn’te with top Attributes, it was at least equivalent to an exquisite Legendary weapon.
