1506 Battle in the Garden


    Ning arrived outsideofthe giant pce and stopped when he heard fighting and yelling.


    He quickly snuck into the garden area and arrived in the middle of a battle between a few men and women on one side and6women on the other.


    "System, did wee in the middle of something something?" Ning asked.

    Ning didn''t do anything immediately and instead surveyed the situation and area for a littlebitlonger.


    A woman with straight-cut ck hair and ck clothes dashed toward one of the people standing before her. She raised her sword, shing down at the person, only for her de tobe stoppedrightbefore it could hit the person.


    3of Yogarthis'' people hade together to hold hands so that they could use nodules of one another to create rgebarrier of air that had stopped the sworddy''s de.


    Something flew at the woman from the side, but something grew out of the earth right before the woman, stopping the attack. The sworddy turned around to look at an orange-haired woman in white clothes before nodding toward her.


    The orange-haireddy nodded back and thenwent backto what she was doing. She continued using her Flow Art toplete the thing she had begun.


    The bit of rock that had grown out of the ground slowly grewmore and moreas somethinrgeappeared from the ground. It brought out an arm to m at the side and then another one to m on another side.


    It grew even more as it fully stood on the battlefield, a 20-meter-tall mass of rock, puppeteered by the woman with orange hair. It was a Rock Golem, a Flow Art that not only required one to have a lot of Worldly Energy in their core but also aplicated technique that consisted of 40 different elemental Nodulesas well as4 Spirit nodules.


    The other women did not let the golem distract them.


    One of the women with purple hair immediately used her Flow Art to meld with the shadow, appearing behind another enemy some distanceawaywhere she stabbed the person in the heart and then slit his throat.


    Another woman with her brown hair tied to a ponytail jumped up high and came back down. Her descent seemedto beaffected by a flow art she used, which improved her speed of falling.


    A giant hammer appeared out of nowhereasthe woman mmed it down on the ground, releasing arge shockwave of energy that hit all around her.


    The sworddy continued her fight, quickly attacking those who were distracted. Her sword skills were polished, as good as any out there. Not a single one of her movements was wasted, not a single attack that didn''t go for the kill.


    Two bodies droppedandshe moved to the third one, who hade together with a few more people to use somesort ofskills.


    The Sword Lady did not care that she was going tobe attacked. She readied her attack instead. N?v(el)B\\jnn


    A bolt of lightning the size of a tree trunk flew toward the sworddy. However, just before it was about to hit her, a sh of silver appeared in front of herandthe lightning bolt disappeared into the light.


    Somewhere in the distance, a group of people were suddenly struck by a lightning bolt andhurt.


    A woman arrived behind the sworddy, one with beautiful silver-white hair and a cold look on her face.


    She ced her hands on the sworddy''s back, allowing her to send herFlowinto her body. The sworddy seemed to knowexactlywhat she needed to do.


    She sent her energy flowing around in aplicated pattern before sending it into the woman behind her. She hadplete control over the nodules inside that woman''s body and knewexactlywhatit was thatshe needed to ess.


    She found the nodules she was looking for, the very rare Space nodules, and brought it back into herselfwhereshe let theflowback into the core,pleting the loop.


    She activated the attack and swung her sword.


    A deep silver sh carved the space in half, cutting it as it approached the group of people.The ones thathad just released an attack quickly pushed themselves to create a barrier of air in front of them.


    None of those could stop the spatial sh.


    The enemieswere cutin half, their body parts strewnaround the garden.


    The sworddy took a pause and fell to her knees. The attack had takena lot more outof her than she could handle.


    "Let me heal you, sister!" thest woman of the groupwhodidn''t seemto bemuch of afighterarrived next to the sworddy, cing her hands on her body.


    Within seconds, green light shined from the blonde-haired woman''s hands, healing the sworddy. The woman took away her hands and ced them on the body of the silver-haired woman, healing hertoo.


    "Thank you," the two women said before moving toward the rest of the fight where the giant golem, the killer in the shadows, and the woman with the hammer were still wreaking havoc on the remaining enemies.


    Ning watched insomewhatsurprise,as the women took care of the matterrathereasily.However, just as he was thinking that, an explosion rang loud in the garden.


    Ning looked through the dirt cloud and saw a manwho had beentossed outside from the pce.


    "Damian!" a woman cried out, and the other 5 moved toward him.


    "You idiots!" a man walked out from the open wall of the pce and cursed at the dead men and women that surrounded his garden.


    "All this power I gave you, and for nothing."


    Ning looked at the man. "Well, looks like we found Yogarthis."
