Ye Tianxin stood at the end of the bed. She kicked her shoes aside and jumped into Li Qingcang’s arms.
“He’s gone.”
Jing Zhichen had left.

Right as Li Qingcang said that, his phone rang. He picked up the phone and listened silently to the voice on the other end of the phone. After the person on the other end was done speaking, he looked apologetically at Ye Tianxin, who wasying in his arms.
He bent over and kissed Ye Tianxin’s cherry-colored lips. His lips gently rubbed on hers.
There was a peach-like fragrance on her lips.
He was so tempted to eat her uppletely, right here and now.
“Tianxin, there’s something that I need to do first, so I have to go. Be a good girl and wait for me to bring back good news.”

Ye Tianxin knew that Li Qingcang had something important to do. She too wished that Li Qingcang could catch X and Young Master and drag them out from the dark. That way, they could live their lives together without needing to worry about them.
“Qingcang, be careful.”
Ye Tianxin wasn’t willing to let Li Qingcang go.
But she knew full well in her heart that Li Qingcang had to leave now for them to live a better life in the future.
As long as they didn’t find X and Young Master, they cannot let down their guard.

Upon hearing that, Ye Tianxin said a little angrily, “Don’t you dare!”

Li Qingcang had already reached the door, but he turned and came back to the bed. He hugged Ye Tianxin by her waist, leaned over, and kissed her passionately.

“You really don’t understand what I’m talking about?”

There was a faint sense of excitement and anticipation in Ye Tianxin’s voice
Every time she was together with Li Qingcang, she always wondered, should something happen between them?
She was also afraid. What if that ‘something’ really happened? What should she do then?
“Tianxin, I need to go.”
Ye Tianxin watched as Li Qingcang’s figure disappeared at the end of the corridor. She turned and walked back into the suite.
After Li Qingcang left, Ye Tianxin felt an emptiness in her heart. She prayed quietly that Li Qingcang would be safe, and things would go smoothly for him.
Ye Tianxin couldn’t sleep well in the detention room of the Watertown police station. Now, she slept until nine o’clock the next morning.
If it weren’t for her rumbling stomach, she probably wouldn’t have woken up.
Ye Tianxin rubbed her eyes and walked out of the suite. Guan Chenxi immediately stood up.
