Chapter 170: Pregnant For Real!

    Huo Buyu stroked Ye Yao’s face. “It’s fine. Grandpa has always been in good health. He’ll be fine.”


    Ye Yao sped her hands together and prayed. “I hope Huo Buyu’s grandfather is fine. I wish him good health and a long life.” There was nothing else she could do.


    Huo Buyu ran his hand over her hair.


    After a while, the doctor came out and informed them that Old Master Huo was fine. Ye Yao heaved a sigh of relief. Huo Buyu nced at Huo Buqi and Huo


    Buran and said, “Since Grandpa is fine, I’ll take Ye Yao home first.”


    Huo Buqi and Huo Buran did not say anything. In fact, they didn’t have a good rtionship with Old Master Huo. Even Ye Yao could tell that it was bad.


    Ye Yao followed Huo Buyu out of the hospital. She stroked her belly saying, “I haven’t eaten anything tonight. My stomach feels a little ufortable and I feel like throwing up.”

    Ye Yao shook her head. “I don’t know. It seems so sudden…” As soon as she finished speaking, she paused for a moment. A possibility shed through her mind. When she went on stage earlier on, did she put her hand on her belly and say something?

    She immediately said to Huo Buyu, “Wait, I’ll go buy something!” With that, she turned around and ran off. After a while, she ran back, panting, and held Huo Buyu’s hand. “Lees go home first.”


    Huo Buyu was dumbfounded as he was pulled along by Ye Yao. “Aren’t you hungry? Aren’t you going to eat?”


    “I’ll go home to eat. You can cook for me!” she said.


    Huo Buyu did not object. “That works too. I’ll make you some soup.”


    After Ye Yao and Huo Buyu arrived home, they immediately went upstairs to the bathroom. Then… she was stunned. She sat on the toilet bowl holding the pregnancy test kit. She was at a loss.
