"Can you deny that Bai Jun was never your best friend? The record is all over social media?." Meixu asked as she threw the pillow back to her.


    FangSu was so furious that she asked Meixu to leave her room.


    "How can youe to my room to make fun of me, get out this minute!." FangSu said while pointing at the door.


    "I''m not going anywhere!." Meixu said and went to sit at the foot of her bed, much to her annoyance.


    FangSu pointed her finger at her and said, "If you don''t leave this minute when I''m being nice to you, I''m going to forgo the formalities and push you out!."


    None of FangSu''s warnings got to her head, instead, Meixu climbed on her bed andfortably said from the middle of her bed, "I would like to see you try."


    FangSu whose anger was already at the point of no return went to drag her out of her bed, but they ended up chasing each other while trying to catch the other.


    This was the scene Fu Hee saw when she went to look for FangSu. FangSu and Meixu only paused for a minute, but after Fu Hee stared at them in surprise after looking around the room and leaving them to themselves, they continued their drama.


    The expression on Jia Li''s face when she saw her sisters-inw''s looks after their fight was surprising. Her mouth was agape when she caught sight of the twoing down for dinner.


    "You... were you two ying?." Jia Li asked as she didn''t want to think they actually got into a fight.


    FangSu and Meixu red at each other before looking away.


    "I suppose you two had a fight." Jia Li muttered under her breath before shing a fake smile at them.


    "You might want to go back to your rooms and clean up a bit. You know, your fathers, and grandfather wouldn''t befortable in your current state."


    After giving them that advice, Jia Li turned around, and walked away as quickly as possible, to avoid being present when they would start to banter with each other again. She didn''t need another headache after dealing with Jasmine.


    When FangSu and Meixu had finished fighting, they had forgotten to look at themselves in the mirror after a servant hade to notify them of dinner. They had stopped fighting and left the room. Now after being reminded by Jia Li for their looks, they med each other.


    FangSu and Meixu were thest to appear at the dining table. Atst, when they had sat down, Grandfather Fu put down his ss of water and said while staring at them, "I heard you two were ying and because of that, you werete for dinner."


    "Grandfather, we were not..." Just as FangSu said that Meixu who was sitting beside her, stomped her feet with a fake smile.


    "Grandfather is not bad for adults to have fun once in a while," Meixu said immediately after interrupting FangSu who was going to put them in trouble.


    Grandfather Fu red at them before looking away. "If you want to y next time, do it at the right time and don''t keep everybody waiting at the dinner table, otherwise, you won''t get to eat at all!"


    As Grandfather Fu picked up his tablespoon, everybody started to eat their dinner. Jasmine had no problem, as the little bun was allowed to start eating earlier.


    FangSu red at Meixu before she started to eat. Meixu did the same as well. They haven''t fought like this in years, and luckily, it wasn''t a serious fight, as they didn''t inflict any injury on each other.

    Jasmine was happily eating on her own. Her best position had changed, and she was now sitting beside her mother and great grandfather. Grandfather Fu would make sure to put food on her tes before she would finish the one in her mouth.


    At times, if she wanted another side dish next to any member of the family, she would ask them for it boldly


    Fu Hua who has been picking food for Jia Li suddenly got yful. He slowly reached out his hand to touch Jia Li''s thighs. At first, he had ced his left hand on her knee, but with time, he started moving it up and down her things much to Jia Li''s difort.


    When Jia Li nced at him to know what was wrong with him, he refused to meet her gaze and continued eating as if nothing was happening. At a point, Jia Li had to whisper to him, "What is wrong with you?"


    There was a frown on her face when she said that. Fu Hua smiled a little before saying back to her in a hushed tone. "You better eat quickly."


    "What for?" Jia Li asked, but she never got a response.


    Because his hands wouldn''t stay at a ce, and he was lucky that his mother who was sitting next to him, did not catch him, Jia Li ate quickly and was the first to leave the dinner table.


    "Good night Jasmine." Jia Li said as she kissed the little girl''s puffy cheeks, and the little bun replied with her mouth full of food, "Good night mummy."


    A few minutester, Fu Hua got up from his seat and said to Fu Hee. "Mother, please make sure Jasmine gets into bed early, I have work to review, so I don''t have the time to keep waiting."


    At the surface, nothing was wrong with his request, because Jasmine was still eating, and he had important work to do which he couldn''t dy taking care of, so he had to ask for help.


    "Sure, you can go ahead. Also, take some milk up for Jia Li." Fu Hee said to him.


    Fu Hee did listen to his mother. After kissing his daughter good night, he left to get the ss of milk.


    Taking the ss of milk up to his bedroom, he found the room empty, but when he heard the sound of showering from the bathroom, a smile appeared on his lips.
