Chapter 24: Invitation


    Kate nced at her father but didn’t get close to him.


    Her father didn’t like animals.


    She didn’t want to be abused by him when she was in this cat’s form. It was already enough that she was being punished for being naughty by her father from time to time...

    Her parents and Kyle talked a bit more and Kate was very not interested in their conversation. She was sleepy and moved to her mother’s embrace to sleep. It has been years since thest time she slept in her mother’sp.

    Kate slept peacefully.


    When she woke up, she was already in the car and her father was moving some items. She blinked her eyes.


    What did she miss?


    “Meow?”


    “Oh, Little Kitty is awake now.” Kate’s mother smiled and rubbed Kate’s head tenderly.


    Kate purred unconsciously as she feltfortable with her mother’s pat. This little cat’s skin was indeed very thin and could easily fellfortable even with the slightest tough.

    “Meow.”

    “Are you ready?” Kyle asked.
