After we finish eating our breakfast together, I will go to the branchpany." Sheng Ruming replied to her as she remained in his embrace for a few more minutes. Afterwards she straightened her body like a cat and patted her mouth as she yawned.


    "I will wash up in a few minutes. You go and get ready." After Luo Lixi told him, she slipped down from his thighs and stood up.


    Sheng Ruming also stood up and went to the closet to take out the suit he would wear today. Luo Lixi needed more than ten minutes.


    When she had reached the dining room, Sheng Ruming was already dressed in his office suit. He was seated on a chair while he was rubbing a lot of butter into a bread. As the footsteps got nearer, he turned his head towards the approachingdy. Luo Lixi sent him a flying kiss as she stood beside him. His heart suddenly got filled with contentment when he saw her bright smile.


    "Here is the breakfast you have requested. Everything is very simple." After Luo Lixi sat on her seat, Sheng Ruming handed her the bread piece. Luo Lixi wrinkled her brows when she saw arge amount of butter on it. She turned at him but he was staring at her, smiling.


    Without any choice, she bit down on it and began to eat. They finished everything in ten minutes. After she finished the ss of milk, she heavily ced it on the table.


    "Done!"


    Sheng Ruming nodded as he took all the things on the table and brought them to the kitchen. When Luo Lixi wanted him to help he firmly refused.


    "You shall get more rest now. While I will be gone, you can spend your time rxing."Luo Lixi saw him cing the te in the kitchen and then returning towards her.


    "Ruming, why don''t we hire someone to do such trivial works. Those don''t suit you. Also you will be busy. If I could I would have helped you." Her mood was very good currently. She had the intention to study a little bit from online while he would be gone.


    "I have already hired someone. Ethan suggested that person to me. She wille at noon and do all the household work. Have you ever thought while I will be away, who will make your lunch?"     "Even if I want, I won''t worry about spending your money. You were the one who forbade me to cash out my money from my bank ount. Now even if I make you broke, you can''tin." She talked as if she was using him but he didn''t retort.


    "I won''t." Obviously, it was him that had nted the seed of doubt against that unknown woman called Kong Pipi in her mind. Even if he was wrong, there wasn''t anything to lose about.


    "I shall go now. If you want to go anywhere, I won''t tell you not to. But at least take your phone with you wherever you go so that I can contact you anytime." Luo Lixi nodded but then said in remorse.

    "You will get well soon." Sheng Ruming told her. After that both of them went towards the main door. Sheng Ruming walked out and turned towards her.


    "Bye~" Luo Lixi waved at him and wanted to close the door but suddenly he came and stopped the half closed door.


    "Did you forget something to bring with you?" It was the first thought that crossed her mind but he came back to give her a deep kiss. Luo Lixi felt the overflowing emotions of him. Even she felt reluctant to part with him but they couldn''t always remain together.


    "I wille back."


    "I know." Luo Lixi replied as she smiled. He was talking as if they were parting their ways and would meet after a long time. His tone was also hoarse as if he was having difficulty to breathe.


    "Now, go. I will be waiting for you." Luo Lixi walked up to the elevator with him and only after he had gone downdid she sighed inwardly.


    She returned to the penthouse and nced around the deste area.


    ''Too quiet. I should do something.'' The woman then went to the TV and connected it with the Inte. Then she started a video of the natural sounds of a rain forest. Whenever she felt anxious and depressed she would y such videos as the sound could make someone stable from inside.


    Then she turned off all the lights of the living room and dragged the curtains aside from the ss wall which was one of the walls of the living room. She sat down beside the transparent wall and began to read some business-rted articles from her phone while the natural sound of rain forest yed in the background.

    Sheng Ruming drove the car to the Sheng Industry and corporation''s branchpany from his ce. He drove the car before the entrance while several people were waiting for him at the entrance.


    They stared at the door of the backseat while Chief Manager Tan went to wee Sheng Ruming himself but the next second the man got out from the driver''s seat. Manager Tan seemed startled as he searched for another person but no one came out from the car except him. Nheless, he wore a smile which was both professional and ttering.


    "Wee, CEO Sheng. It''s been a long time since we have met." Manager Tan greeted him as he did a handshake with him.


    "It''s really been a while." Sheng Ruming slightly nodded. Many other important figures also came forward and greeted him one by one. Afterwards he motioned for the entrance guard of the branchpany toe forward.


    Then Sheng Ruming told him, "Park the car." After he told the man, he went inside of the building. The guard immediately went inside the car and drove it anyway from the entrance.


    All the people walked towards the lift and they reached the fourth floor. Except for the chief manager and his secretary, all the other people returned to their own working ces.


    Sheng Ruming went straight to the chief manager''s office and sat on his chair. The other two men walked before him and remained still.


    "CEO, you havee alone. What about Miss Ji or assistant Wang?" The man was only curious as Sheng Ruming never came alone in the past. At least one person would apany him during his trip.


    "They didn''te. Also, from today onwards, I will work here and oversee everything. You take your things and adjust somewhere else." Chief Manager Tan''s expression stiffened as he nodded his head. It was expectantthat there wouldn''t be any other vacant chamber for him. Neither could he force someone to leave their working space for him. The only thing he could do now was to share a room with the other two managers. Secretary Huo snickered in his mind as he saw his boss''s face became colourless. The man hated the most was to share something with others and he knew it more clearly than anyone.


    The CEO came and threw a bomb at his face on the first day. Chief Manager Tan held a gentle and righteous image before everyone so he wouldn''t ask someone to leave their ce for him. He could only set a spare desk and get settled.


    Sheng Ruming motioned him to give him the files of the various work of the branchpany and ongoing projects of it. Manager Tan immediately turned at his secretary. The man hurriedly walked to a self and brought some files. Then the manager handed Sheng Ruming the files as well as a USB port.


    "Go out."


    The other two men nodded and walked out. After they walked out Manager Tan''s face changed. His face distorted as he stormed towards the manager''s chamber. It was the biggest room on this floor but two managers shared it together. The chief manager''s room was slightly small from it but that was more ssy.


    The other two managers weed him when he entered. Then Manager Tan ordered his secretary to prepare a new desk for him. In forty minutes everything was settled but when Chief Manager Tan sat down on his chair he was greatly dissatisfied by the situation. But when the other two people looked at him, he could only smile at them. From here, he could see all the outside people as well as thedy sitting far away across him. When their sight met, the woman turned her gaze away.


    He thought, ''it is a loss that Sheng Ruming will stay here. I have already received bribes from threepanies to favor them when they propose their projectster. Now I will have to return the cash. What a waste!''
