“Yunyang, the Viceroy has killed off the Ice Frost Fort’s Seven Chiefs and returned victorious. The entire Ice Frost Fort has been destroyed!” the me Emperor said animatedly as he entered Luo Yunyang’s room.
Although this battle hadn’t hurt the Nie Family directly, the destruction of the Ice Frost Fort was also a huge loss for them.
Even though it was a serious blow, the Nie Family didn’t dare object under the circumstances.
When he’d heard the news, the me Emperor had been very pleased. Whatever the case, at least some of their pent-up anger had been released now.
The me Emperor had wanted to inform Luo Yunyang as fast as possible, so he had personally ran over to tell him. However, Luo Yunyang’s room waspletely empty.
“I’ll be heading out to get some training and experience!” This message was written on a note Luo Yunyang had left behind. A trace of worry appeared on the me Emperor’s face when he read it.
He immediately reported this news to Lu Qubing, who was on his way back. Lu Qubing wasn’t shocked to hear this. He actually told the me Emperor that letting Luo Yunyang out to gain some experience might be a good thing.
Although his cultivation base was strong enough, his techniques and fighting skills were still a little deficient.
The me Emperor tried to locate Luo Yunyang’s whereabouts through the Rising Dragon Army’s informationwork.
Unfortunately, it seemed like Luo Yunyang had disappeared. An entire month of searching didn’t yield any information.
To the Rising Dragon Army personnel who were trying to keep tabs on Luo Yunyang, no news was good news. They believed that Luo Yunyang would perhaps be hiding somewhere and training hard.
His training would probably be a process of growth.

Shanling, which was thousands of meters high, covered a very big area. Although it was one of the most important mountain ranges of the 13 Eastern Cities, ever since the first apocalypse, it had be a dire beast paradise.
There also seemed to be all sorts of powerful source beasts in the copsible voids all around Shanling. In a photograph of the area, which had been taken at an undetermined time, one could see a huge scarlet bird over 1,000 feet wide beating its wings and raining down zes.
The bird filled the sky with fiery rain and, although it hadn’tnded on Shanling, the sky above the area had turned a zing scarlet color.
Some people asserted that the moment the space barrier was breached, Shanling would be a disaster zone.
Although this inference had no solid foundation, there were still a lot of people who believed it. Besides, formidable dire beasts could be found everywhere in the deep recesses of Shanling.
Although the apocalypse had caused a big number of living organisms to die, the animals and nts that had survived now overflowed with vitality.
Ordinary trees were a good example of this. Shanling was teeming with massive trees, which were a rare sight in other ces.
One could also hear bird cries and bestial roars in the area. The only thing missing was any traces of humanity.
A series of frenzied howls resounded throughout the Shanling Mountain Range. All the beasts and birds in the area fled frantically the instant they heard these cries.
They were no strangers to these howls. They knew that they belonged to the tyrannical king of this mountain ridge, the ck-Winged Ash Ape!
The ck-Winged Ash Ape was over 10 meters tall and had a pair of wings that enabled it to soar. It could also throw raging mes from its mouth. Humanity’s strongest martial grandmasters tried to surround the S-Grade dire beast whenever they visited this ce.
The tyrannical king of this mountain range was currently going berserk as it attacked a young man.
Although the ck-Winged Ash Ape was very big, it was also as intelligent as an ape. Plus, the wings on its back allowed it to fly like a bird at an extreme speed.
However, no matter how quick the ck-Winged Ash Ape was, whenever it tried to get close to this tiny human, the young man would somehow evade it.
Although his movements appeared very slow, this was just a misconception. Whenever the human took a step, he covered a distance of 100 meters.
A huge tree that took the brunt of the ck-Winged Ash Ape’s attack crashed to the ground. The ape hurled a huge boulder that weighed over 5,000 kilos and made the whole area tremble when it struck the ground.
However, even though everything around him was being destroyed, the young man didn’t feel any pressure.
The ck-Winged Ash Ape swung its huge w downwards. As its w was waved about, it seemed to blot out the sun. The human, who no longer wanted to y games, raised his fists as the huge w descended and attacked.
Although the blow seemed ordinary, a giant green clock with a five-meter diameter suddenly appeared below the ape’s w.
A loud sh reverberated around as the giant clock shattered and the ck-Winged Ash Ape was blown up into the air.
The ape roared furiously and suddenly opened its mouth, sending a stream of scarlet mes surging forward.
When the mes flew out and mixed with the air’s vitality, they instantly formed a huge nket of fire.
As this scarlet sea of mes descended, even the rocks in the areabusted. The scarlet ze, which was at least 3,000°C hot, could even melt steel bars.
No martialist weaker than a martial grandmaster would have any chance of surviving this surging sea of fire, yet the young boy was still standing amid the zing ocean calmly.
When the mes were about to envelop him, a gold-and-silver clock appeared above his head.
The young man remained as still as a mountain. The torrential mes weren’t able to harm him at all. The ck-Winged Ash Ape stared at the sky and howled. Then, its huge mouth gaped open once again and spewed out another round of mes.
This time, the mes were crimson!
The ck-Winged Ash Ape was obviously doing its best, but the young man unfortunately didn’t so much as bat an eyelid when he saw the new batch of mes.
“This is all you are worth!” said the young man before he suddenly stared at the ck-Winged Ash Ape.
An ordinary person would have assumed that this was just an ordinary look, yet the instant Luo Yunyang stared at the ape, a three-inch long sword appeared in the air.
The small sword whizzed towards the ck-Winged Ash Ape.
The ape felt as though this small sword was the greatest danger it had ever encountered. Although it wanted to run or at least struggle, before it got the chance to do anything, the sword had already pierced through its heart.
When the weapon exited through its back, the ck-Winged Ash Ape crashed to the ground.
It was dead!
