These softwares would oftenmit a lot of mistakes that a normal Go expert would not make. They were also prone to making many bizarre moves. Some Go beginners would probably lose to it very frequently, but to any of the stronger amateur yers, they would basically be able to thrash theputer opponent every time. Moreover, everyone disliked ying against aputer opponent as there were too many bugs in the program and the moves were too predictable.
But now, Peter had appeared out of nowhere!
