The woman standing before them was Shu Qinger, there was no doubt about it!
Pictures of the bloody scene slowly shed into the heads of the people looking at the graceful and delicate woman standing in front of them...
Everyone present knew Shu Qinger, so it was not surprising that Wen Ya and Yuan Ran would scream her name out of shock.
Yuan Tian herself was a doctor, so she had a certainposure when faced with sudden emergencies.
She coldly eyed Shu Qinger and wondered about the purpose of her sudden appearance. She was ‘back from the dead,’ but what was she trying to pull?
Mu Chenyan’s entire body went cold as her arms started shuddering uncontrobly.
Unlike Wen Ya and Yuan Ran, it was not due to the fear of seeing someone back from the dead, but it was due to shbacks of the past two years as well as all the suffering and misfortunes she had endured that came as a result of her rtion to this woman!
Because of her ‘death,’ Mu Chenyan had been wrongly imprisoned for two years, and the Mu Family was broken up...
However, Shu Qinger was now standing in front of her in perfect condition; her eyes were vibrant and her posture rxed, with a sweet and innocent smile on her face.
Yuan Tangzhong was someone of a high position, hence he was much more level-headed. He tugged at his mistress’ sleeves and shook his head, signalling for her to not to say a word.
However, Yuan Zhe, who stood on the other side, was not so calm. He was the first to speak out, his voice quivering as if he had just seen a ghost, “Grandmother, what... what’s going on...”
Old Mistress Yuan did not immediately reply. Instead, she observed everyone’s reaction before locking her sights on Mu Chenyan.
After seeing Old Mistress staring at her, Mu Chenyan suddenly understood where the feeling of uneasiness hade from when she had first stepped foot into this side hall.
All the things that had been unfolding here had probably been specially arranged by Old Mistress for her...
Meanwhile, Yuan Xuan’s sharp gaze was fixed on Shu Qinger, and he slowly remarked, “She’s not Qinger. Qinger’s dead.”
After saying this, he embraced Mu Chenyan. His broad shoulders were like a wall protecting her as his warm and dry hands clutched her trembling hands.
Everyone looked at each other as they could not help but specte inwardly.
It was obvious to all that this girl was Shu Qinger, but after hearing what Yuan Xuan had said, they became confused.
Furthermoe, upon hearing Yuan Xuan’s statement, the one who was most surprised was none other than Mu Chenyan!
She had thought that Yuan Xuan had a special ce in his heart for Shu Qinger. After all, they were well-known to be childhood sweethearts.
Shouldn’t he be the happiest upon seeing his dearly beloved back from the dead?
However, this man’s reaction was overly nd -venomous, even, going so far as to say that this was not Shu Qinger. If that was the case, then who was she?
“Ruoxin,e here. Let me introduce you to everyone!”
Having kept everyone in suspense, Old Mistress Yuan finally referred to the girl as Ruoxin!
“Grandmother...”
The girl, who was called Ruoxin sweetly responded and approached Old Mistress. Her expression and demeanor were exactly the same as Shu Qinger!
Ruoxin swept her gaze across the room before finally stopping on Yuan Xuan.
No woman would be able to resist Yuan Xuan’s charm if they caught sight of him.
Moreover, the temperament and aura of this man were not cultivated overnight.
Yuan Xuan’s life was destined to be extraordinary to be lived out under the spotlight, resulting in the the inherently kingly demeanor he carried.
Mu Chenyan saw the amazement in Ruoxin’s eyes when she first locked onto him.
After all, appetite and libido are human nature! 1
Yuan Xuan’s enchanting radiance catching the attention of the opposite sex was not something new to her.
This excellent man was destined to be a roaring me that woman would rush head-first into, like moths.
Once upon a time, she was one of these moths, Shu Qinger was no different. Now, Ruoxin was probably the same too.
Old Mistress Yuan ced her hand on Ruoxin’s shoulder and began to speak, “This girl’s name is Ruoxin. She’s the younger twin sister of the deceased Qinger.”
It turns out this had nothing to do with necromancy!
The few women, whose face had turned white from shock earlier on let out a long sigh. At the same time, they were curious about this younger twin sister.
