    That stinky woman. She had not told Third Uncle about him shouting to drag her down. What was she thinking? Didn’t she like toin the most?

    Li Ge received his call and soon arrived with his bodyguards. When he saw Gu Shen standing alone in the middle of the road and looking at the dark and empty road, his expression wasplicated. His face changed again and again, as he did not know what he was looking at.


    After instructing someone to give the group of hooligans a good beating, the group was tied up and sent to the police station. It was akin to plucking fur from a tiger’s head, an act of bravado that was no different from having a death wish.

    “Have you eaten?” Jun Shiyan looked at the youngdy sitting beside him. He could obviously sense that she had something on her mind, and his smile was forced.


    “Yes.” Ling Sheng was not hungry at all. She nodded and looked at him with sparkling eyes, trying her best to act cheerful. “What about you? Have you eaten?”


    Jun Shiyan held her small hand and yed with her fingers. In a low voice, he asked, “What happened? Can you tell me?”


    Ling Sheng leaned over to look at the man in front of her. Her small hand pinched his nose as she muttered curiously, “Third Master, what’s your zodiac sign? You sure are keen. How did you know something was wrong with me?”


    Jun Shiyan smiled. “Didn’t you say that I can read your mind?”


    Ling Sheng frowned. “Really? When did I say that? Third Master, you can’t read my mind. You’re...”


    Jun Shiyan stared at her, wanting to hear what she would say next. However, the youngdy hesitated for a long time before nodding solemnly. She looked at him and said, “You’re my heart!”


    Jun Shiyan’s eyes burned with anger, and his heart raced. Upon seeing the youngdy’s moist lips, he could not help but swallow. He held her hand—which wasn’t behaving itself—and answered in a low voice, “Yes.”


    Ling Sheng told him what had happened in the afternoon. She had been so worried that she had suffered hair loss. She looked at the man carefully, trying to find a better way to say this. She organized her words, but in the end, she asked the simplest question. “Third Master, do you mind if I film a more intimate scene with someone else?”


    Jun Shiyan looked at her seriously, his thin lips moving slightly. “If you like it and are willing to do it, what reason do I have to stop you?”


    Of course she was unwilling!


    Ling Sheng did not understand what he meant, so she asked, “What if I film a kissing scene? Will you mind?”


    Jun Shiyan thought for a moment, his eyes dark as ake. His thin lips moved slightly as he said, “If you’re willing to do it, I don’t mind if the plot requires it.”

    Ling Sheng smiled and leaned over to peck his cheek. In a soft voice, she said, “Third Master, you’re really nice!”


    Although she had said that, her heart felt even more depressed. The Third Master had said that he did not mind. Did he not like her at all? Only if he did not like her would he say that he did not mind!


    Now, even she felt that she was being unreasonable. Before knowing the answer, she’d wanted to know the answer desperately. However, now that she knew the answer, her heart was even more confused.


    Was this the answer she’d wanted? She had hoped that the Third Master would not mind her filming some intimate scenes that were psychologically eptable because of her work, but she did not want to hear him say the answer she’d been hoping for.
