Lorena was lying there. Only her heaving chest showed that she was alive.
Lorena’s life would slowly disappear in hunger.
She was just managing to breathe.
Savanna waited for Brandon to finish his meal and took the lunch box away. Brandon stayed with
Lorena in the hospital all day and night.
Savanna took a shower andy down on the bed. Thinking about Renee, she felt a little annoyed. She
lit a cigarette. When the cigarette burned out, she took a deep breath. She smelled like a cigarette.
She turned off the lights. When she was about to fall asleep, Mia called her.
“She’s making trouble again. This time, it’s even more violent than before. The medicine has worn
off.”
Listening to the sound of something smashing on the phone, Savanna had aplicated feeling.
Savanna asked Mia, “Can you stop her?”
Mia said, “No, hurry up ande over, ah…”

The phone was thrown out of her hand, and her
voice became low but sharp. “How can you bite me? If you weren’t my mother, I would have pped
you.”
Mia’s face clouded over. She was going mad.
Savanna took a deep breath, got dressed, and went out with the car key.
When Savanna arrived at the hospital, Mia was still fighting with her insane mother. Renee was
wearing a hospital gown. Her hair was messy, and her expression was still a little sleepy, but the corner
of her mouth was stained with blood.
Savanna nced at the bloody teeth marks on Mia’s fair fingers, and her heart skipped a beat. She
couldn’t help but say, “How can you do that? She took care of you without sleeping. You are so cruel.”
Savanna didn’t know whether Renee understood her words or not. Renee’s eyes were dull and

Savanna was fuming with anger. She sighed, “Alright, I’ll find him for you.”

like your secretary.”
Savanna’s pink lips curled up, and a wicked smile appeared in her eyes. “Hello, Mrs. Colon. I am
Savanna. I am the result of your husband’s love affair many years ago. Yes, I am the illegitimate
daughter of the Colon family.”
Ashley’s voice couldn’t be heard anymore. After a moment of silence, Fabian’s voice sounded with a
warning, “Savanna, what do you mean?”
Savanna faked a smile. “Mr. Colon, my mother wants to see you. You find all kinds of reasons to refuse
to meet her. Since that’s the case, why did you flirt with her twenty years ago? You even had sex with
her and made her pregnant with your daughter.”
Fabian’s gasping voice sounded. She vaguely heard Ashley shouting, “Fabian, I want to go to the
bathroom. Are you finished?”
Fabian had no time to talk to Savanna. He opened the door and saw Ashley, who looked at him coldly.
Ashley nced at the phone in his hand and raised her eyebrows. “Deal with the business matters in
thepany. Why do you talk about it at midnight?”
Ashley said softly and closed the door.

Obviously, when he had just received a call from Savanna, the words “illegitimate daughter” made
Fabian alert. He was afraid that Ashley would hear it, so he covered his phone. He used the excuse
that he needed to go to the bathroom and went there alone.
They had only spoken a few words when Ashley said that she needed to go to the bathroom. Fabian
did not know if she really needed it.
Holding his phone, Fabian hurried to the balcony. When he closed the door, he nced in the direction
of the bathroom.
He lowered his voice. “Savanna, don’t call me again. I have nothing to do with her.”
Savanna gritted her teeth and licked them. “Alright, you won’t go, right?”
She picked up a brick and began to pound hard on the gate of the vi.
The gate of the Colon’s vi was a distance away from the inner hall. The courtyard was very empty,
and in the middle of the night, the sound of Savanna knocking on the gate could be heard by everyone
in the vi. The first to react was the housekeeper of the Colon family, Lawrence Neale.
Lawrence put on his clothes and got out of bed. He ran out and opened the gate. He saw a luxury car
parked outside the gate. The woman standing at the gate was holding a brick in her hand. She was
beautiful and charming. When she saw someoneing out, Savanna threw the brick away, pushed
Lawrence aside, and went straight into the house. Lawrence chased after her.
Fabian on the balcony heard the sound of knocking on the gate on the phone. He immediately hung up
the phone, rushed into the room, put on his coat, and hurried downstairs.
Seeing that Fabian was alerted, Lawrence grabbed Savanna’s hand and shouted, “Miss, please leave.
Otherwise, I’ll call the police and sue you for trespassing on a private house.”
She nced at Fabian and put on a fake smile. “This is my home. Why can’t I enter?”
Lawrence was shocked by Savanna’s words.
He looked at Savanna in surprise, then looked at Fabian, whose anger was rolling on his face, and
warned in a low voice, “Miss, please leave. Don’t cause trouble here.”
As he spoke, Lawrence pushed Savanna out.
Savanna shook off his hand. She had quite a lot of strength, and Lawrence was thrown to the ground
by her.
Fabian was about to say something when a low and soft voice came. “Who is this person?”
Fabian immediately looked up and saw that under the light, the white pajamas wrapped around the
woman’s body, making her look slender and graceful. The woman in her fifties took good care of
herself and did not look old at all.
Fabian nced at her and looked away. His voice was very cold. “A difficult client.”
Ashley’s expression did not change, and her voice
became even softer, “What urgent business must be discussed at midnight? Fabian, did you cause
trouble because of your love affairs?”
Fabian looked down and sneered, “Looking at her age and then at my age, do you think it’s possible?”
Ashley’s gaze swept past Fabian andnded on Savanna’s face. Her gaze was indescribably cold.
Savanna always felt that this woman gave off a feeling of istion. Ashley’s coldness was emitted from
her bones, making people shiver when they saw her.
“Since she has nothing to do with you, just send her away.”
Ashleybed her hair, her voice cold. After she finished speaking, she turned around and went
upstairs.
Savanna was about to chase after her. When she passed by Fabian, her arm was grabbed by Fabian.
Savanna looked sideways slightly and met Fabian’s eyes which were faintly burning with anger.
Savanna narrowed her eyes, looking like she was not afraid of him.
Ashley did not look back and went straight upstairs. Perhaps she just didn’t want to care about it since
she had already adapted to her husband’s love affairs.
