Next up was the seventeenth round. Arsenal would host Chelsea at home and Manchester United would go to Anfield to challenge Liverpool. Manchester City and Nottingham Forest were best off in the top six teams — Manchester City would y against Bolton Wanderers at home and Nottingham Forest would y against ckburn Rovers at home.
