    Ellinor chuckled, “You’ve got it mixed up. I’m not. Didn’t your brother’s wife juste with you?”


    Veronica was taken aback, and then it clicked. “You mean Sophia? She’s not…”


    “Veronica!”


    A clear female voice interrupted Veronica.


    It was Sophia, walking in with a smile.


    Veronica didn’t like Sophia, so she didn’t bother to hide her displeasure. “What do you want?”


    Sophia replied with a smile. “Granny asked me to fetch you.”


    Veronica blinked. “Granny wants me? What’s up? Didn’t she just ask me to apany Ellinor to the


    bathroom?”


    “You have Granny’s bag; it has her medicine in it.”


    Veronica looked down, and sure enough, she was carrying Marissa’s purse.


    Marissa must’ve gotten too excited after seeing Ellinor and needed to take some medicine to calm her


    nerves.

    After watching Veronica leave, Sophia took out a lipstick from her bag, walked to the mirror next to


    Ellinor, and started to touch up her makeup.
