    He rejected her offer, and Patricia’s smile froze on her face, her hand still in mid air.


    It would be awkward to just take back the foie gras now, so she carefully used her knife to move the


    piece of foie gras from her fork to the edge of Theo’s te and added, “Theo, just give it a try. Trust


    me, it’s really really good!”
