    Good Iron Rank have the ability to be an F Rank adventurer since they are Shadowsh’s subordinates they could earn 30% increase in CP from their quest of course the increase would only works on F Rank missions or any work they done


    Bronze Ranks could now earn money other than CP but a person needed to use an amount of CP to increase his or her rank


    Rusty Bronze Stage would earn 5% of the enumeration in the job epted he or she also earn a 10% increase on CP he or she earn on any D Rank mission and a 35% increase on F Rank missions if he or she was not an adventurer they would still earn a bonus increase on any job they finished they would earn an amount of enumeration and a 25% increase on any CP he or she earned


    Normal Bronze Stage would earn 7% of the enumeration in the job epted he or she also earn a 15% increase on CP he or she earn on any D Rank mission and a 40% increase on F Rank missions if he or she was not an adventurer they would still earn a bonus increase on any job they finished they would earn an amount of enumeration that is 10% greater than on Rusty Bronze Stage and a 30% increase on any CP he or she earned


    Good Bronze Stage would earn 7% of the enumeration in the job epted he or she also earn a 20% increase on CP he or she earn on any D Rank mission and a 45% increase on F Rank missions if he or she was not an adventurer they would still earn a bonus increase on any job they finished they would earn an amount of enumeration that is 10% greater than on Normal Bronze Stage and a 30% increase on any CP he or she earned

    Silver Rank would earn more money than a Bronze Rank personnel they also earn certain privileges such as discount on lodging in the guild or mansion and some of the guild items that was being sold


    Rusty Silver Stage would earn 10% of the enumeration in the job they epted they also earn a 10% increase on CP they earn on any C Rank mission and a 25% increase on D Rank mission they also have privilege of 5% discount on food, armors and weapons that was being sold in the guild there is also a 10% discount on the lodging in the guild hall if a person is not an adventurer they still have the perks of discount and earn an amount of enumeration of their jobs in which is 10% much greater than Good Bronze Rank they also obtain 35% increase on CP he or she earns


    Normal Silver Stage would earn 15% of the enumeration in the job they epted they also earn a 15% increase on CP they earn on any C Rank mission and a 30% increase on D Rank mission they also have privilege of 8% discount on food, armors and weapons that was being sold in the guild there is also a 15% discount on the lodging in the guild hall a person is not an adventurer they still have the perks of discount and earn an amount of enumeration of their jobs in which is 10% much greater than Rusty Silver Stage they also obtain 40% increase on CP he or she earns


    Good Silver Stage would earn 18% of the enumeration in the job they epted they also earn a 20% increase on CP they earn on any C Rank mission and a 35% increase on D Rank mission they also have privilege of 11% discount on food, armors and weapons that was being sold in the guild there is also a 20% discount on the lodging in the guild hall a person is not an adventurer they still have the perks of discount and earn an amount of enumeration of their jobs in which is 10% much greater than Normal Silver Stage they also obtain 45% increase on CO he or she earns


    The rewards on Gold Rank was still being fixes but one thing is very clear once any ve achieved or reached Gold Rank they would be set free from the ve contract


    Shadowsh then looks at the panicked kid and asks Hentai to scan the kid to know what his age was

    Once the others heard this they were at first stunned they then started to exim and started to discuss with each other not one of them were not envious since the special group is the elite group of the association they have the privilege of Rank+1 that means if they were on Iron Rank they would have the benefit of a Bronze Rank of course to obtain this they needed to be in Good Iron Rank

    So they would exactly stop at lunch and after having lunch they would train again


    For Terris after training with Don Don in the morning he would spend his afternoon toy in the ground for four hours after that he would return back to the mansion and have Mitz teach him


    After telling the servant the schedule Shadowsh left he was going back to the city


    Shadowsh was quite known in the city since he returned back to Howling Ridge to hunt monsters besides that he was feared for his strength


    Shadowsh then went into the B and T association when he got inside numerous gazes were drawn to him


    After finding out that he was also a Tamer the member of the association started treating him as one of them


    What made him much more respected was when the association found out that Triple C and Banjo were at least as strong as a Gold Rank monster what’s more Banjo was a dragon type monster


    “Hi Shadowsh are you here to buy monsters again?” Suddenly a short haired receptionist started clinging to him


    This was the short haired girl that lent the crystal ball to the guard fromst week
