Chapter 31 – Center


    “No, I’m fine going alone.”


    “Alright.”


    We had a peaceful breakfast, after which everyone went to do their desired activities for the weekend. June and Arianna had nned to hang out with friends while Reese was satisfied with the unexpected sex and foresaw herselfzing around the house. I searched on my phone about breeding centers, yet another interesting concept in this new world.


    It was exactly what the name implied. Breeding centers were ces that women attended to try and get pregnant. To attract men, they used the contract Reese told me about where men would receive a small portion of their government subsidies for giving birth. Quick ejactors were the main targets of the breeding centers but the ce was open to anyone who wanted to participate.


    Because our town wasn’t so big, there was only one such ce around us, located in the city center. In exchange, it was rtivelyrge and could wee hundreds of people. I checked the address and headed in the direction of the city center. It would take me a few tens of minutes to get there but I wasn’t in a hurry. It was still morning and I had the whole day in front of me.


    Because it was the weekend, most people were off from work and school. This showed since folks appeared more rxed and smiling than during weekdays. Another difference was the number of people having sex on the streets. In the twenty minutes it took me to reach my destination, I came across seven of them. I was also able to witness the start of the process once.


    It wasn’t anythingplicated. A man came to a woman. They chatted for a few moments until the woman removed her pants and panties and opened her legs. The man did the same with his lower clothing and after a bit of forey, they were already fucking, just like that. The couples were very mixed too. One side could be young while the other side could be much older or both could be around the same age. This was something that I found particrly impressive in this world, where physical appearance didn’t seem to have any importance. I thought this became the case because sex and nudity were somon that people stopped caring about those aspects too. I had never cared much about it either so I approved of this mindset fully.


    When I reached the breeding center, it looked more impressive than I imagined. The building was huge, arge rectangr block with four stories. It was fully painted white, making it look like a hospital. Many people were going in and out of the building, the majority being female. When I headed to the automatic doors at the entrance, many of them watched me with interest. A few who were going out re-entered the building after me.


    The first floor wasposed of a reception in the center, esctors around it, and rooms on the side. Since I wasn’t sure about the exact process, I naturally went to the reception. It was manned by a man in his thirties who weed me with a smile.


    “Good morning.”


    “Good morning and wee, young man. What can I do for you?”


    “I’m a quick ejactor and I would like to find out if I’m fertile or not.”


    “Are you aiming to be a breeder?”


    Breeder was the popr term used to describe men whose main ie was through impregnating women. It had caught on due to being derived from the name of the ce where they worked, the breeding center.


    “Yes.”


    “That’s great, we always need more breeders. And it’s even better if you’re a quick ejactor. Please wait a moment.”


    He typed something on hisputer. After a few seconds, he looked up at me again.


    “What’s your name?”


    “Wade Redeerb.”


    “Wade Redeerb… Yes, I found you. You live in this town, right?”


    “That’s right.”


    “Perfect. Since you’re a town resident, you don’t need to do anything special. You came to the right ce. Do you want to start the test right now?”


    “Yes, please.”


    “Alright. I’ve booked a spot for you. Not that there aren’t plenty of avable spots. Head to the second floor, room 269. A breeding specialist will guide you for the next steps.”


    “Thank you very much.”


    “You’re wee, Wade. I hope you’re fertile. Every single person counts toward the persistence of humanity.”


    “I hope so too.”


    I took the esctor up one floor and searched for room 269. When going through the corridors, I felt a presence behind me. I turned around and noticed that it wasn’t just one presence. Some of the women I saw at the entrance were following me. When my gaze met theirs, they grinned gently. One of them pointed to the left and spoke.


    “Room 269 is this way.”


    “…Is that so? Thank you.”


    I headed in that direction and felt the women following me. It seemed they were also going to the same ce. Once I was in front of the door of room 269, I saw a paper attached to it saying “Enter without knocking”. I followed the instructions and opened the door. The women behind me entered after me, our little group now crowding the room''s entrance.


    The space inside was quiterge, with two different areas. On the side were some furniture, a desk with aputer, and a fridge. A man was seated behind the desk, working on theputer. The rest of the room wasposed of many futons ced next to each other, forming a sort of gigantic bedding area.


    When the man saw our group enter the room, he stood up and focused on me.


    “Wade Redeerb, correct?”


    “That’s me.”


    “Good. You said you were a quick ejactor who wanted to be a breeder. You’re here to test your fertility. Is that all correct?”


    “It is.”


    “Perfect. I’m Doctor Xes, a breeding specialist. It’s nice to meet you.”


    “Nice to meet you too, Doctor.”


    “Now, Wade. Would you like to start immediately? We also have drinks and snacks in the fridge if you want.”
