"Kill them!"
"Ooh!" The morale of the people from the Luzear Family rose to the sky. Even though they didn''t know what just happened, they realized that everything was ording to Ne''s n. The reinforcement wasing from behind or the extra people hiding inside the boxes.
In fact, those people had been staying there sincest night, waiting for them to be carried along with them. As for the reinforcement, Alcea was the only one who knew them, in fact, only the leader. He asked the leader to assemble one hundred men without her knowing who they were, making this something like a different operation. This way, even if there were another spy, they wouldn''t be fast enough to react.
He used the Teleportation Array te to teleport them inside here, waiting a little bit far from them so as not to rm the enemy. As soon as he saw the distress signal, he immediately headed over there with one hundred people.
Ultimately, the battle escted to such a height. This wasn''t one hundred versus one hundred people anymore. Ne had two and a half sizes of the original number.
And with this kind of rallying cry, the explosive morale wasn''t something that could be underestimated. After all, the people got one thing absolute. It was the assurance of Ne that everything was under her control this time.
The moment she ordered out loud, they shouted and leaped toward the enemies.
Millman took out his sword and headed toward the 9-Star Martial Saint. "This is what you get from underestimating our family. Since you want mydy to die in a brutal way, don''t expect me to give you a peaceful way."
"You Bastard!" He gritted his teeth, looking at Alex and Aria, who were supposed to take care of Ne. Noticing they were only 2-Star and 4-Star Martial Saints. He ordered the original leader of the bandit group. "Bac, she only has two guards. As long as you capture her, we can win this. I will stop them here."
"Understood." A bald, middle-aged man with a tattoo on his head flew past the encirclement. There were two disciples stopping him, but he managed to slip past them, heading straight toward Ne.
"Millman!" The leader of the hidden reinforcement shouted as he worried about Ne''s well-being.
Millman only looked at Bac for a second and shook his head. "Let him be. If he manages to capture the youngdy, I will kill myself immediately."
"?!" The leader and his enemy obviously didn''t understand his reasoning, but seeing how he was so confident in the strength of the two youngsters, he hesitated for a second, ready to jump back if things went south.
Little did he know that Millman had this confidence because he found these two overpowering Andre, a 6-Star Martial Saint, so effortlessly. Bac wouldn''t have a chance to catch Ne when they were protecting her.
Ne looked at Alex, who seemed to be waiting for Bac toe in and retreat a few steps back to not be his burden.
Alex, on the other hand, focused his Spirit Eyes on this Bac to calcte his ability before saying. "Aria, cut him down for me."
Aria was shocked for a moment before smiling. This would be the perfect chance for her to impress Alex since it was almost unheard of for a 2-Star Martial Saint winning against a 5-Star Martial Saint.
She pulled out her sword and released her lightning, not wanting to underestimate her opponents. When her lightning sparked, she suddenly moved as fast as lightning, flying straight toward Bac.
"Fifth Dance, Lightning Step." She appeared right in front of Bac while swinging her sword. "Fourth Dance, Lightning Draw."
Bac widened his eyes in surprise because he never saw a 2-Star Martial Saint had this kind of speed before. This was already beyond his wildest dream. He gritted his teeth and ced his scimitar right in front of him, trying to block this.
But to his surprise, the strike blew him away, stopping his momentum. Even her allies like Ne or Millman were quite surprised to see this. They expected Alex to make a move instead of her, but it looked like Aria was enough to handle Bac.
Bac gritted his teeth and charged at her again, knowing that he should put this little girl in her position first before going to Ne.
"Die." He shed his scimitar downward, sending a Sword Wave toward her.
If Aria dodged this, she would endanger Alex and Ne, so she had no choice.
Aria took a deep breath and shifted her sword to the side. Her sword suddenly moved up and down, followed by the forward movement when she jumped right to the Sword Wave.
The up and down movement became more intense and struck the Sword Wave.
To everyone''s surprise, the Sword Wave cracked before it was shattered by Aria.
"First Dance, Z sh." She smiled and continued her swing toward the sender, Bac.
"What? That sword—" Bac gritted his teeth, finally realizing why she could overpower him this whole time. And when he stopped the sword once again, he was blown away a few meters. He stabilized his body and red at Aria. "That sword is a Low Rank Divine Weapon. Who are you? There is no way a disciple like you will be provided a Divine Weapon from that Luzear Family."
"!!!" When his voice resounded in everyone''s ears, they halted for a split second just to look at Aria and Alex. If the weapon Aria had was a Divine Weapon, the bandits might have no way to defeat them. However, they were already surrounded by too many disciples of the Luzear Family, there was no way to escape without sacrificing anything unless Bac managed to grab Ne.
"Bac. Just focus on getting that Ne Luzear. As long as we can grab her, they will cease their attack. We can even get their weapons as a ransom." The 9-Star Martial Saint shouted.
Hearing this, Bac smiled, looking at this blind girl. He realized how to handle her.
He raised his sword once again before releasing another Sword Wave. However, he didn''t aim at her this time. Instead, it was going toward Ne and Alex. If she were the only one who was stronger than the 4-Star guy, she would follow that Sword Wave just to block it.
And he was right. Even though the reason was different, she indeed felt and headed toward the Sword Wave, trying to stop it from reaching Alex and Ne.
It wasn''t because she was stronger than Alex. Instead, Alex had left this matter to her hand, so it wouldn''t be good if he were involved in fighting the 5-Star Martial Saint.
"Fifth Dance, Lightning Step." She appeared right before the Sword Wave, but Bac had predicted this as he already arrived right next to her before she even struck the Sword Wave.
"Die, woman."
"…" Alex found that Aria didn''t have any experience in this situation and knew that Bac would surely hit her. Deciding to help this once, he channeled his energy to his right foot before stepping his right foot forward. "Spirit Step, Second Step."
The energy turned into an overbearing pressure that tried to crush Bac to the point he needed to hold out with his speed alone. This lowered the speed quite a bit, allowing Aria to block the attack before getting blown away.
"Tch. Since you are joining this fight too, I will kill you first." Bac red at Alex. He was situated between Alex and Aria while Ne was behind Alex, so this might be the best chance to go for Ne instead of Aria.
Thus, Bac released all his Spiritual Energy, preparing to pass Alex with his speed.
However, Alex simply said, "Aria, don''t y around anymore. Give me your best strike."
"…" Aria fell silent for a second before deciding what to do.
"ying around? Hmph! You are just bluffing. After turning the situation around, I will y around with that woman before killing her!" Bac shouted.
"No, you are the one going down." Aria took a deep breath as she poured a huge amount of Spiritual Energy into her Sword. "This is the end of you."
"Hmph! Try me." He snorted before jumping straight toward Ne instead of her.
"Fifth Dance, Lightning Step." Aria used her Lightning Step again to appear a bit farther on his left, trying to cut him down.
"There you are!" He smirked and shed his Sword, releasing another Sword Wave toward her. This type of attack would bound to hit her due to its speed, but what Aria wanted to use was something different than the one she had used previously.
"I don''t have the requirement to unleash its full potential, but this one is enough to kill you." The Spiritual Energy sparked, and Aria drew her sword at speed faster than any of her usual drawing speed, creating a powerful shock wave just from the sheer speed.
"Purgatory Sword." She unleashed the Sword Strike she had been charging for.
The Sword Energy struck the Sword Wave, destroying it in a split second before making its way toward Bac.
"What is this?" He obviously never saw someone in Martial Saint use a Divine Technique, let alone Sword God''s Original Divine Technique.
Aria was supposed to not be able to do this if not because of Alex''s advice. He had been telling her to downgrade the original technique first toprehend it from part to part. Although the power wasn''tparable to its fullest potential, its strength was still far above any other Peak Heaven Tier Techniques.
Bac gritted his teeth and tried to stop this Sword Strike with his strength, albeit he soon realized the indescribable force behind this Purgatory Sword.
"No!" He wanted to escape from this attack, albeit it was toote. The only way he could do it was to use his off-hand to use the Sword to buy a split second to move his body to the side.
Unfortunately, the power behind the Purgatory Sword was so great that it cut his off-hand in the end.
"Argh!" He screamed in pain before assessing the situation.
Aria was panting and sweating after using that technique. It seemed to have taken a toll on her body.
It was at this time the 9-Star leader shouted. "Bac! What are you doing?! I want you to grab that Ne for me, not handling that woman. You need to do it quickly because we can''t hold it anymore."
Listening and hesitating for two seconds, Bac roared and swallowed a few pills. Suddenly, his aura spiked even further as he officially became a 7-Star, almost reaching 8-Star. "Argh! You are forcing me to do this."
Alex could see that his life force was drained by the pill. In other words, when the pill effect ended, he would die.
Aria narrowed her eyes, feeling the iing danger. She instinctively returned right next to Alex and Ne before leaping toward Bac, so he wouldn''t be able to attack them without passing her.
Alex raised his sword without pulling her out of the scabbard while whispering. "Time to fight, Eve."
"Aye, sir."
When she arrived in front of Bac, she swung her sword, trying to stop Bac on his track, even though she could feel his 8-Star Martial Saint''s strength.
"Second Dance. sh Strike."
"Move out the way, woman!" Bac shed his sword, striking not Aria, but her sword. This way, the blow that she felt on her hands was tremendous, forcing her to shift her body over. Unfortunately, Bac''s strength wasn''t like before. He pushed her to the ground with that strength.
"Gah!" She endured the pain that soon went away due to Bac ignoring her and heading straight to Ne as if he had not a long time to live.
"Die!" He shouted as their distance only remained ten meters away.
Alex suddenly appeared between them with his hand on the handle, ready to draw her.
"Don''t get in my way!" Bac roared while swinging his scimitar, nning to strike Alex like how he handled Aria.
Looking at this, Alex released his killing intent and smiled.
