But Ocean Stingray used a very short time to be Level 9 and some of the Kings knew that the power of Ocean Stingray was very powerful. Besides Ocean Stingray, there were also three strong yers beside him from Maroon Owl, Sunset Lop, and Lc Deer. The three of them were Level 8, but it wouldn''t be surprising if they became Level 9 in the future.
