An looked at her and then leaned down to kiss her.

Reed said softly, "My brother will stand by my side."
An felt relieved upon hearing Reed''s response and held her hand, "Let''s go inside then."
Once An and Reed entered, they found Yanis alone in the living room.
Reed stopped in her tracks and walked up to Yanis, asking in a soft voice, "Yanis, where''s my brother?"
Upon hearing Reed''s question, Yanis looked at her and then at their joined hands, smiled, and said,
"Your brother went to thepany. I know a doctor here, let me take you for a check-up. An can
drop you off hereter, and I''ll head to the store."
Reed was taken aback, "Does my brother know?"
Yanis stood up and replied, "Your expressions gave it away long before you said anything."
An and Reed exchanged a nce and were grateful that they didn''t decide to abandon the
unexpected child in the end.
Yanis had already messaged Dr. Watson earlier, and since he was at the hospital today, she took An
and Reed for a check-up.

Dr. Watson offered some advice and then gave Reed a box of folic acid. "Be careful during the first
three months and avoid any intimacy. After three months, be cautious but you can be more rxed."
Reed blushed while listening to Dr. Watson''s words.
An, however, paid full attention and nodded at Dr. Watson after she finished. "Thank you, Dr.
Watson."
Dr. Watson smiled, "You''re Miss Thompson''s friends, there''s no need to be so formal."
Yanis also thanked Dr. Watson, and they all left the hospital together.
Outside the hospital entrance, Yanis said goodbye to An and Reed and separated from them.
"Yanis, take care," Reed called out.
Yanis nodded, "You go back and rest."
Yanis stood there, watching An and Reed leave, and then turned to walk towards her car.
Just as she took a couple of steps, her phone rang. Seeing the caller ID, Yanis answered the call,
"Mitch?"
"How''s it going? Did they decide to stay after all?" Mitch''s voice came through the phone.
Yanis replied, "I took them for a check-up, and they''ve gone back now."
Mitch let out a sigh of relief upon hearing Yanis''s response, "Great, thanks, Yanis."

Yanis got into her car and was initially nning to go to her store. However, just as she started the car,
Zane called, saying the paternity test results were out and asked her toe to the Lawrence''s
Mansion together.
Yanis had no choice but to drive to the Lawrence''s Mansion.
When Yanis arrived at the entrance, Phoebe was just getting out of a taxi with a boy who looked
around ten years old.
"Hey, sis," Phoebe greeted Yanis as she saw her.
Yanis responded, her gaze falling on the boy. "Oh?"
