    Yanis didn''t immediately answer Aunt Rivers'' question but asked, "Aunt Rivers, are you driving right


    now?"


    Aunt Rivers''s voice trembled. "Miss Thompson, you just said... said Nancy... What happened to


    Nancy?"


    "She''s dead. She died in the restroom of her hospital room," Yanis said and fell silent for a few seconds


    before continuing, "Where are you? Shall Ie and pick you up?"


    "I... I''m about to reach the hospital at the next intersection," Aunt Rivers replied, then asked in a low


    voice, "And the child? Where''s Group Captain?"


    "He... He was about to leave with the child. We couldn''t stop him for fear of hurting the child," Yanis

    Upon hearing Yanis''s words, Aunt Rivers anxiously said, "Miss Thompson, could you please hand the


    phone to Group Captain? I want to talk to him."


    Yanis hesitated but agreed. "Alright, Aunt Rivers, please wait a moment."


    After saying that, Yanis held up the phone and walked out of the crowd, stopping three steps away from


    Andrew. She extended the phone towards him. "Aunt Rivers is on the line."


    Andrew''s expression changed as he heard Yanis''s words. "Why are you calling her?" His voice was


    loud, and he yelled at Yanis.


    Yanis handed the phone to Andrew once again. "Aunt Rivers wants to talk to you. She has something


    to say."


    Seeing that Andrew showed no intention of taking the phone, Yanis activated the speakerphone. "Aunt


    Rivers, go ahead. He can hear you."


    Aunt Rivers spoke directly. "Group Captain, what are you nning? If anything happens to the child, I

    "Mom... That bitch Nancy... She wants to divorce me!" Andrew shouted into the phone. "She actually

    When Andrew heard Aunt Rivers'' words, he froze in ce. "That''s impossible!"


    Aunt Rivers continued, "I deceived both you and Nancy! I lied to you both!"


    Andrew''s face turned extremely embarrassed upon hearing Aunt Rivers'' words.


    When Andrew least expected it, Lane stepped forward and snatched the child from Andrew''s arms,


    then pulled Yanis back forcefully.


    The security guard standing nearby quickly approached and pinned Andrew down to the ground.
