    Chapter 634: She is Mine!


    As Yanis was lost in thought watching Zane, the door suddenly pushed open and Bonnie''s voice


    echoed in the room, "Yanis,st night I..."


    Bonnie''s words abruptly stopped.


    Yanis was also startled and snapped back to reality.


    And Zane, who should have been sound asleep, opened his eyes and nced at Yanis before pulling


    up the covers to block her view. He then looked towards Bonnie standing frozen at the doorway.


    Bonnie met Zane''s gaze for a moment before quickly retreating out of the room and mming the door


    shut with a loud bang.


    The room fell silent except for their heartbeats that could be heard by each other.


    After a while, Yanis finally moved.


    Zane lowered his gaze to look at her as he gently pinched her earlobe when he saw it turn red. "Good


    morning, Yanis."


    Upon hearing Zane''s words, Yanis responded slowly with an "mm-hmm" before quickly flipping over to


    get out of bed. "So... umm... let me help you get your clothes," she said as she grabbed his freshly


    straight into the bathroom with hers.


    When Yanis finished changing into fresh clothes after washing up her face properly; Zane had already


    put on his own outfit while standing beside another window answering phone calls.


    Yanis had prepared some spare toiletries for him which she ced on another table nearby; waiting


    patiently until he hung up after three or four minutester.


    As soon as he turned around seeing that she stood by that table waiting for him; there was a slight


    movement between his eyebrows.


    After hanging up on call when Zane saw Yanis standing there looking at him directly in response; he


    spoke again: "These are all new things here so why don''t you go ahead first? I''ll follow."


    Saying this much - without wasting any time -  she turned around readying herself to leave but then


    heard something behind her:


    "Yanis," called out by none other than Zane himself.


    Hearing this voice made her stop mid-step turning back towards him asking curiously: "What''s wrong?"


    Zane walked forward until they were face-to-face stopping right in front of her saying: "Yanis… Have we


    taken our rtionship further?"


    Just as Yanishad started opening mouth thinking about what exactly happenedst night but couldn''t


    say anything because once again interrupted by what came next from Zanes'' lips:


    "We slept together."


    Her words got stuck inside throat due to shock caused by these sudden revtionsing from


    someone like him yet still managed somehow stutteringly replied: "... I guess so."


    She should have woken him upst night so that he could go home instead of letting things escte


    like this where even now they were sharing a bed together under one roof.


    But ultimately it seemed like their rtionship had indeed progressed further than just mere


    acquaintanceship. When Zane heard Yanis'' answer, a smile appeared on his face. "I''ll go freshen up,


    wait for me," he said before quickly grabbing his toiletries and heading into the bathroom without giving


    Yanis a chance to speak again.


    Yanis stood there for a moment before turning around to straighten the sheets and then putting Zane''s


    clothes in theundry room. By the time Yanis finished all of this, Zane had just finished washing up


    and came out of the bathroom.


    "Done? Wendy should have breakfast ready by now, do you want to eat before you leave?" Yanis


    asked.


    Zane nodded. "Sure."


    Yanis turned around and grabbed Zane''s coat from the rack beside them, handing it over. "It''s a bit cold


    outside this morning."


    It was cloudy in Manches City today with some wind blowing.


    Zane took his coat from Yanis'' hand and put it on before looking at him. "Yanis."


    "Hmm?"


    Zane reached out and brought him closer until their lips were almost touching. Without hesitation, he


    leaned down to kiss him.


    Yanis reacted quickly when Zane kissed him; he covered his mouth with his hand while looking at Zane


    with bright eyes.


    Because of Yanis'' reaction, Zanes also paused briefly during their kiss but then continued after


    removing Yanis'' hand from covering his mouth. The scent of mint mixed with Zanes'' own breath filled


    their noses as they kissed passionately.


    Without any further action from either side yet both breathing heavily together in unison made things


    escte quickly between them until they pulled back slightly due to being close to losing control under


    each other''s touch but still retaining some sense of rationality left within them both despite being lost in


    passion earlier on under each other''s touch


    With great restraint that showed how much self-control he had over himself even when feeling such


    strong emotions towards someone else like this right now; instead of letting things spiral out-of-control


    entirely different path altogether - instead chose only to hold onto one another tightly while whispering


    sweet nothings into each other''s ears softly enough not wake anyone else up nearby who might be


    sleeping still at this early hour


    "Yanis," whispered Zanes again as if trying hard not let himself get carried away too far beyond what


    was appropriate given their current situation right now where they were alone together behind closed


    doors without any interruptions whatsoever except maybe for Wendy who mighte knocking soon if


    she needed anything urgently done by either one or both parties involved here todayEven though it

    Yanis had some understanding of Zane in this matter, so when he pressed down on her with his


    emotions still high, Yanis didn''t dare to move.


    After everyone calmed down, Yanis gently pushed Zane and whispered, "You should get up first."


    Zane grunted in response and then lowered his head to kiss Yanis on the lips before quickly getting up.


    Once Zane got up, Yanis sat up and straightened out her slightly disheveled clothes. She then looked


    up at him and asked, "Do you want to go back downter?"


    Zane looked at her with emotions that hadn''tpletely subsided yet and shook his head lightly. "No


    need."

    Just then there was a knock at the door. Alfie''s sweet voice came through the door saying: "Yanis!


    Wake up!"


    Yanis responded quickly: "Okay! Coming!"


    After responding to Alfie''s call, Yanis stood up and walked over to the door.


    Alfie was standing outside holding a bottle of milk with big eyes staring straight at Zane who was


    standing behind Yanis.


    "Alfie?" Yanis called out softly when she noticed that Alfie kept staring at Zane.


    "Why is he in your room?" Alfie pointed his little finger at Zane. "Mom said boys can''t go into girls''


    rooms."


    Yanis choked for a moment before she could respond but before she could say anything else Alfie


    made a face towards Zane saying: "Shameless!"


    Yanishad no words while Zanesmiled calmly as he picked Alfiueup by grabbing onto his clothes."She''s


    mine," he said simply."Why can''t I be in her room?"


    Alfiesqueezed ontoZanes''clothes tightlyand eximed:"Hold me tight or I''ll fall off!"


    Zanedyed for a moment but eventually hugged him tightly."Well, Yanisis also mine!"said

    Zanughed softly,"I won''t argue with you since you''re important to my girl, Yanishere."


    Alfieflopped around twice more before shouting:"Put me down now!"


    So, Zanedirectly carried him downstairs. Wendy came out of the kitchen just as they arrived. She
