Sheer coldness that numbed my skin - that was the very first memory I could recall as a young-ling. Even though it was only for a brief amount of time, I could still recall the appearance of the person that brought me into this pitiful world.


    She was a beautiful Guardian. I did not notice this until later years, but I took after her dazzling silver hair, wolf-like ears and twin-tails, and skin nearly as white as the snow on the day of my birth. That was the only information I had regarding my mother, because that was the very first and very last day I saw her.


    She did all she could to ensure my survival.

    Dried blood stained his pale skin, where former wounds had closed; and despite the lack of nourishment given to him, he remained a lean figure. His hair glowed a faint silver under the autumn moon’s glow.


    With winter around the corner, temperature was decreasing by the day and soon, the pitiful young man had to endure yet another cold winter in that prison. Never would he have guessed that this year would end in a much different manner.
