Chapter 358: RO: Patch Notes Updates


    There were events both great and small and what mattered to any individual who observed it was figuring which one was important amongst them all. Yes, there was the arrival of the Human representative in the server sixty-nine, something that required an asterisk or dot in perhaps the New Patch Notes.


    But if there was anything else that demanded attention?


    It was the changing of powers.


    Through some algorithm and careful measurement, candidates were chosen and taken from the entire Universe to be participants in which the entirety of all Beings could gather ande together for an agreement.

    Tierra sighed aloud and shook her head. Despite themon belief that Elves were all a bunch of freedom loving, tree-hugging bunch of archers the ones that she has met from Lucia to even the High Elf himself was bound to some Elven Council that dictated everything.
