257 Lazy But Deadly


    (Jane’s PoV)


    Amidst my frantic mind, I willed myself to stand on my ground and focused. Siji’s training surely came in handy at this particr time. The thick aura ofziness and lust rolled around my barrier slowly. It couldn’t touch me, but there was something inside me that yearned to touch the flirty aura. I could block the aura, but not the lustful groans and moans around me. Something inside me wanted to respond the aura and drowned myself.


    It was not a good sign, I knew. I shouldn’t sumb to the instinct, but it grew stronger until I almost mistook it as a need.


    I took a deep breath and breathed softly. In this kind of situation, sumbing only meant death for me. Turning off my feelings and going numb were my only options, but not my favorite.


    Blinking my eyes, I realized the next second that the urge had gone. The only thing inside my head was to quickly eradicate the negative aura in the air.


    The moans didn’t bother me a bit. It was as if there was nothing interesting around me and I was just there to do my mission.


    My brain took control of my body and nned the whole self-defense and attack at the same time. My feet started moving towards the portal. Even when I plunged myself into the hot springs, it didn’t hinder my movement.


    As soon as I got closer to the portal, I felt the aura went chaotic. Thezy and flirty creatures seemed to sense my presence and tried to attack me with the thick aura. It was just too bad my barrier was imprable -well, almost. I could see thin cracks appeared on my barrier, spreading slowly to every inch of it. The aura went rampant around my barrier and I knew it was just a matter of time before it copsed.


    It was a proof that these creatures were not something to be underestimated. Their aura was even stronger than the one in Mount Merapi. It seemed that years of umting the negative emotions from humans didn’t go in vain. They could even use it to attack a spiritual barrier.

    “Heh, this is the first time I see a human can resist the sound and aura attack. Are you a frigid? Too bad.” That flirtatious voice was heard so close and at the same time, I saw a pair of hands trying to pry open the portal.


    I frowned as I saw a strange creature slowly emerged from the portal. The androgynies look suited him -or her? -best even when it had some features that obviously didn’t look human to me. The flirtatious yet dangerous eyes flickered in interest towards me. The smirk look sexy and hot despite theck of desire in my heart. It looked dangerously beautiful that I might have fallen for it if I hadn’t locked away my senses.


    It didn’t mean I lost my judging, though. It was just...the desire and pain were being kept somewhere deep inside, helping my mind to feel clearer.


    “Don’t block my way!” A grumpy voice was heard and another pair of hands appeared from the ck portal. The owner of those hands looked like a grumpy old man with a hunch back. The aura around it was dangerously almost unrecognizable that I almost mistook it as a low level demon.


    It must be the one who spread the strong aura ofziness.


    The androgynies devil and azy old man look devil had finally made their appearances in the human world.


    Am I toote? I asked myself about that.


    “A little girl? Human? But it’s not her real body.” The flirtatious devil stared at me curiously.


    “To be able to cross realm in her spirit form during this chaotic situation, she is not just any girl.” Thezy old manmentedzily.


    “But, I smell something delicious from her.” The glint in the flirtatious devil’s eyes changed as it licked the corner of its lips hungrily. “She has umted lust energy around her, ready to be released to the surroundings. Since she is someone’s special, her negative energy is even more delicious than any other humans”.


    “Who are you exining it for? I know about it as much as you do.” The grumpy old devil muttered with its harsh voice. “I’m not interested in her. You can take her.” It took a turn and walked away from us.


    I squinted my eyes as I watched it approaching a man who was halfying on the side of the spring pool with his eyes closed. He seemed to be in a deep slumber. Only the rising of his chest was the sign that the man was still alive.


    But, with the presence of these two demons, I doubted that any man in this ce would be able to keep their life. Their energy would be sucked alive and this ce would soon turn into a mass graveyard for them.


    As if I would let it happen!


    Ignoring the mboyant creature in front of me, I ran towards the other entity that was about to extract something from the man. At that time, I totally forgot that I was in my spirit form. But, as soon as I got hold of him, the trace of surprise woke me up from my foolishness.


    Any worldly items should not be able to hold me back. My full power should be easier to be utilized to the best, and the fast movement was one of them.


    There was emminent surprise from their odd eyes seeing that I could easily pass the other’s guard and prevent the other from harming a human. Taking advantage of their stunned moment, I summoned my fire and let it burned the skin of thezy devil.


    The grumpy devil shrieked in pain as its face contorted into a more devilish look.


    It struggled free from my grasp then jumped back to when itspanion was standing. It bared its sharp teeth at me with a malicious eyes full with rage, hissing towards me while clutching its wounded shoulder. Slowly, the appearance ofzy and grumpy old man changed into a monster.


    It was a good thing that this spring pool was an open one, therefore, considering its height, it would certainly destroy the ceiling.


    Yes, thezy devil was so tall that I needed to look up to see its hideous face clearly.


    “Why are you reverting back to your original form?” The seductive devil asked in annoyance. “Didn’t we agree that we couldn’t expose our real form in the human world? Change back to your human form!”


    The monster roared as it pped the ground. The androgynies devil felt annoyed as it thought it was being ignored. Only I knew that it was actually struggling of pain inside its body.


    That’s right! My fire was burning it slowly inside quietly.


    Did he think it was easy to put out my fire? It was not an easy feat to put my fire inside something while controlling it to move to my wish. I practiced it more than one hundred times before I could finally grasp the essence of this move.


    Siji said that it would bring many benefits for me since I tended to hate moving around too much -remember when he even taught me martial arts that only required minimum movement but still deadly? Yeah, we also created several moves for my power to be as quiet and deadly as possible.
