    「Calm down, Aria! He’s teleporting to Spirit World!」


    Prince Julius quickly pacified the hysterical Aria, who had assumed the worst situation. He then readied his greatsword again and focused on the enemies in front of him.


    「NYAN（《Divine Protection of Lion King》）!」


    As soon as everyone assumed theirbat stance, Tama activated the inherent skill which he had preserved until now,《Divine Protection of Lion King》. Aria and co. were swept up in golden radiance, and theirbat prowess increased.


    Tama didn’t feel the need to hold back against Orthos and Cyclops, who had received the divine protection from the demon king.


    「Aria, Tama, and I will take on Orthos! Vulcan and Ste, I’ll leave Cyclops to you! Lily and Faeri will act as your rear-guards. Adapt to the situation if you feel the need for it!」


    Aria and co. nodded and did as they were told, while Prince Julius made a beeline toward Orthos.


    「HOWL, 《CALIBURN》!」


    Prince Julius swung his glowing greatsword at Orthos. The holy attribute skill 《Caliburn》 was a hero skill that allowed Julius to enchant his weapon with the holy element.


    『GURURURU! 《Hell de》!』


    Facing the iing attack, Orthos howled and also activated its skill. A sword-like protrusion with a color resembling hellfire grew from its right shoulder. Then, Orthos evenly shed against Prince Julius’s sword strike. No, Prince Julius was forced to retreat half a step. It seemed Orthos was stronger than him even after Tama’s 《Divine Protection of Lion King》 had buffed everyone.


    「《eleration》!」


    As the two were shing, Aria suddenly used her inherent skill. Orthos let out a surprised groan upon seeing that. 『Gururu!?』


    If the stand-off turned into a prolonged battle against a powerful opponent, Aria and others would be at a disadvantage. Furthermore, they had to consider Prince Julius, whose stamina had greatly weakenedpared to his heyday.


    Considering all those factors, Aria had decided to go all-out from the very beginning. She achieved her top speed and headed toward Orthos’s nk.


    「《SACRED BLADE》!」


    She invoked her trump card, her holy elemental ancient skill.


    Orthos sensed an imminent danger from the gigantic mana surging forth from Aria. So, it spoke an extremely short sentence, 『GURURU…! DODGE…!』, then retreated at an unbelievable pace just when Aria’s attack was about to reach it.


    「NYAN（TOO NAIVE! EAT THIS, 《Water Howling》!）」


    Tama let out an adorable cry as he invoked his 《Elemental Howl》 of the water element. The superpressed water hit Orthos’s left shoulder.


    『GURURURU!? WouND… HoW DARe YoU HuRt Me!』


    Orthos became furious when it saw the wound on its shoulder. A frustrated look appeared on Tama’s face.

    Even though it was a direct hit, and the power of his 《Water Howling》 had been raised with 《Divine Protection of Lion King》, all it managed to aplish was a shallow gash on Orthos’s shoulder.


    Orthos let out a warcry as it gazed at Tama, who had now be its target.


    Another fierce and deadly battle was unfolding a short distance away from Aria’s group.


    「NYAAAA! TAKE THIS, NYAN!」


    「NOW’S THE TIME FOR YOU TO SHINE, MY NEW POWER! 《DRAGONIC POWER》!」


    Vulcan sent out a barrage of attacks with her Mjolnir. Ste charged toward Cyclops and invoked her 《Dragonic Power》, the new derivate skill which she had learned in the training with Prince Julius. This skill was derived from her trump card, 《Dragonic Power; Full Drive》.


    The original skill gave Ste an explosive power for a short period in exchange for a massive amount of mana. The derivate skill, however, granted her lesser power, but consumed far less amount of mana. Thus, it was more suited for drawn-out battles.


    When she had seen Cyclops resisting Vulcan’s most powerful strike, Ste had immediately concluded that the battle won’t be easy.


    That was why she had used her derivate skill, 《Dragonic Power》.


    『… Nu… MORe, PoWerFUl… ThAn BEfoRE!!』


    When it had stopped Vulcan’s strike with its fist, Cyclops had let out a warcry. However, it was interrupted by Ste, who charged at Cyclops and rammed her shield on its nk with her enhanced power.

    Cyclops’s body tilted a little, and the two fairies couldn’t let go of this chance.


    「HERE IT COMES! 《Fairy Bullet》!」


    「NOW! 《Branch Whip》!」


    Lily and Faeri simultaneously unleashed their skills at Cyclops. Lily’s 《Fairy Bullet》 aimed for its eyes, while Faeri’s 《Branch Whip》 bound its limbs.

    However, Cyclops reacted faster than they had expected. The moment the fairies’ attacks were about to hit it, Cyclops leaped from its unbnced posture, then gazed at Lily and Faeri.


    「Don’t forget about me! imh Sis!」


    Ste brought forth the impact she had absorbed from her previous charge and unleashed it on Cyclops, who was about tond.


    「NYAN（《Aether Missile》）…!」


    Immediately after that, Tama, who was observing the other battle even while facing Orthos, sent Cyclops’s huge frame flying quite far away with 《Aether Missile》, one of the skills of his 《Elemental Bullet》.


    Cyclops crashed in the nearby huge rock with a loud, resounding sound.


    However, it looked as though the attack didn’t do anything to Cyclops other than scratching its skin. Cyclops’s body was as tough as Orthos’s.


    The battle became more heated.
